Months of ongoing issues
We have repeatedly received inaccurate or conflicting information, and I have spent countless hours on the phone and emailing support—including nearly every holiday weekend since go-live.
This morning, our system was again experiencing issues, but I was told there was no engineer available because it is a holiday. For a provider of business-critical phone and messaging services, that level of support is unacceptable.
After months of service failures, downtime, misinformation, and constant troubleshooting, Nextiva has become an operational problem rather than a reliable business communications solution.
worst business decision I have made
Customer service is almost impossible to reach. I waited over an hour and twenty minutes and still did not receive an answer. The software is unreliable, frustrating to use, and performs far below what was promised.
During the sales process, I was told that many features and capabilities were available. After signing up, I discovered that several of those features either do not exist, do not work properly, or are far more limited than they were presented.
The gap between what the sales team promises and what the product actually delivers is unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed with both the software and the customer support.
I would not recommend this company to any business owner.
Worst experience of my life
