absolutely disappointed!!!! waste of time!
My experience with this service was absolutely terrible. When I first called, i was confused as to why i couldn’t log in to my account and one of the girls told me that our account was canceled due to emails being sent back and forth about a refund which was never even CONFIRMED anyways I was told I was past the 48-hour cancellation window, which I never knew about. There was zero communication about my subscription being canceled, and I woke up to a non-working phone line. It wasn’t until I called again that i found that they totally forgot to give me my refund. The lack of transparency and poor support was beyond frustrating. We for sure won’t be coming back.
