Onboarding issues
This app has been real headache and I’m trying to onboard on this app but keeps saying store not found and have contacted support on it but keeps giving vague instructions and not really helping my issues on this app. I hope I can finally login in to this app and find a really helpful not vague solution to this problem.

Technical Difficulties
My app has been utterly refusing to open. I haven’t been able to access anything or even see the messages my team members have posted. I’ve deleted and redownloaded, restarted my phone, turned it off/on again, everything I can think of. It won’t go past the “user error - check your parameters and/or request body” screen and doesn’t give me any other information. I am so intensely frustrated as I’ve been sick today and just wanted to call out. I haven’t been able to contact anyone from my store or anyone who I can speak to about calling out. Please fix this!!
Update: It fixed itself for a week or so but now it’s stuck on the white loading screen. This is possibly the worst app I’ve ever used for work.

I used this app and only had a login issue 1 time…. But now it has been several days still no fix for something that worked fine. As a manager I have to post stats and other things into Tia app our company has chosen( big company) no contact using the bug reporting function.well guess it won’t be long and maybe it will get fixed.kinda thought I would get a call to help fix but so far nothing………………….

I get logged out of this app every single day and it won’t let me change my number to login to my actual number, also my bf can’t use the app at all cus it just won’t make an account for his number.
Quite Literally the Worst App I’ve Ever Used
Nothing on this app works. I get notifications, open the app, nothing there. I try to send pictures, doesn’t work. NEXT is the worst app I’ve ever attempted to use, and I’ve played Flappy Bird. I genuinely hope whoever does updates on this app feels immense shame. Your updates are garbage and this app makes me want to give up on life

Can you guys add a few things, like creating tasks for employees, more emoji reactions to chats, being able to see who can viewed your message, and the ability to send gifs?
The app keeps crashing
As I open the app, it immediately closes, I don’t know why. It’s really annoying, it has been doing this for a while. I like what the developers are going for with the app, but please also add an email login option, because it’s a really annoying when switching numbers and having to ask your boss to change it on their end so you can login, and if you can’t get in contact with your boss, you risk missing work which can lead to a whole bunch of other issues.

This app has saved me so much grief and allows me to see when there are shifts I could be working to earn by listing the days and hours available and allowing us to express interest in them right in the app! I definitely recommend this to anyone whose job uses the app!
