The app never works never connects to Internet but the for feature is good until me employees are unable to get in which I hope doesn’t get to there. I just can’t add new employees since the app never works. I logged out deleted app and now can’t log back in

Please update the app, so that we can see in the app if the door is locked or unlocked. That’s a basic function.

Just got the doorknob app don’t open or let me set up instructions shows this app and ttlock none is working doesn’t even let me set up an account
Awful don’t use them!!!
No way to get in contact with support and app won’t let you update your number so if you changed your number good luck, you screwed. Get a new lock

This app appears to work well and with remote unlock and locking and reports use.

No dark mode for the app icon, no widgets, no improvements or bug fixes in forever. Always messes up and I'm gonna complain to the door lock company so they use a different app maker..

Doesn’t work can’t re-register it forgot password. It won’t let me reset it garbage and nowhere to get a hold of anybody don’t recommend.

I have three buildings and four locks that I manage with this software. It helps me keep the doors secure and allows the flexibility needed for delivery people and staff
Useless
Wifi Gateway hub device always disconnects and now has lost the ability to unlock via voice command to Alexa (used to be possible but now you can only lock using voice command)
Worst App Ever
First off this app doesn’t have the option to set up the finger print scanner on the door lock key pad. There is a scanner on the key pad and it tells you how to set it up in the instructions, done through the app. You cannot log in on multiple devices so only one person can use the app to unlock the lock. There is an option to add an administrator but to activate and administrator you have to unlock advanced features for the low low price of $65 a year. This app is straight garbage.

Reorganizing
I love the app but there is something missing. And that’s the ability to reorganize the love. I have 9 locks not all in the same group. Please put this feature back in the app!!

HIDDEN SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES
Watch out I just started getting repeat request to start subscription services for features in the app. Nothing on the seller page shows there is in app purchases. I'm just operating a deadbolt why do I need to subscribe to services to use it as well. Returning the lock as well.
Works great. Improvements would make it better
Installed for kids to open door without having to use a key. The fingerprint scanner does not work for the kids fingers, but it works for me. The kids are able to unlock by entering the passcode.
I also do not get notifications on my phone when the door is locked and unlocked. That would be helpful to get alerted when they come home when I am away. I’ve turned on the notification settings.
Overall happy with purchase. It is easy to install and have been using it for two months.

Can’t share app with my wife
We just got this lock and we both can’t share the app. Please fix it! I want it on my phone as well so I can have access.

This smart lock, doesn’t work if you’re more than 2meters away.
