Is this even an “app”?
Got numerous text to my cell saying I could access visit summary, test results, etc. this shows none of this doesn’t even have log in option only thing I can do is book an appointment.
Terrible app!
There’s now no portal to login to get results! You have to wait until they call you which is so frustrating & inconvenient! Especially when you’re eager to know them! Idk what update they did but it took away the ability to look at your summary from your visit & to check your lab results! FIX THIS!!

Non-Functional
The app is literally just linking me to the mobile website which doesn’t even have a login option. I can’t do anything.
Useless
This app and the wedsite are beyond useless for, “signing in,” or, “registering.” It’s a joke!
Fix your website before someone sues you for damage due to missed diagnosis
Oh, I get the joke! There’s no login button on the website or app, so you can’t actually ever access your test results. That’s so funny! If I lose wages or face any crippling emotional damage due to the injury I’m waiting for results from you on, so will your CEO.

Doesn’t work
Tried to open app - says app update is needed. Go to App Store and it won’t show me there is an update. Click open - says I need to update app. I’ve done every troubleshooting thing I can do and I can’t get the app to open. Frustrating.
Does not work
This app is terrible. When you open it, it says there is an update that you have to do before you can continue. When you click on the update box, it takes you to the App Store where there is no new update available. It would really be nice if you would get this fixed so patients have access to their records.

I downloaded the app trying to get my records for my insurance, nobody is answering the phone at the urgent care & the app is not even allowing me to use it after I downloaded it.

Won't Open
Installed for the first time, and it says there's an update required? Won't actually open.
“Please update before opening”
My App Store won’t let me update it just says open and when I open it, it just says please update for opening.
Why won’t it update
I tried opening the app and then it says it needs to update in order to open it and so I clicked “ok” and it redirects me to the App Store and the App Store doesn’t have the option to update it. I then deleted the app in order to redownload it and it STILL says to update the app. Why wouldn’t the app in the App Store already be the updated version??? Makes no sense. This app has issues.

I have tried multiple times to create an account to access my medical information, but I am not even able to create an account. I keep getting an error message.
