And you were explained on you. Let’s see how they can help you. They’re very friendly and they’re very well educated.. I will trust them if I go to the emergency room. is my third time getting the same PA and she know it’ll be very good. Her. I feel very good. I would trust her with my life.

Don’t ever go there
Sign in knowing I have not a lot time before work and I’m the only person there but after signing in they thought they should conversate about outside of work for 15mins instead of making sure I was signed and nobody else was there… and then wants to ask question this late about my sign in when now if I get seen I would be late for work so I had to leave

App Issues
While convenient and easy to use when the app works, it doesn’t seem like it’s been updated for quite some time. The add to your calendar feature doesn’t work. Right now it’s just a blank screen so it’s not even working. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still have the same issues. It’s quite annoying. So I just go to the Exer website to book appointments 🤷🏻♀️

Surprise Bills
They are happy to take your money & provide minimum care. They will bill you & not tell you what it’s for. You have to request an itemized bill that doesn’t even have a letterhead.
