App Issues

While convenient and easy to use when the app works, it doesn’t seem like it’s been updated for quite some time. The add to your calendar feature doesn’t work. Right now it’s just a blank screen so it’s not even working. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still have the same issues. It’s quite annoying. So I just go to the Exer website to book appointments 🤷🏻‍♀️

Surprise Bills

They are happy to take your money & provide minimum care. They will bill you & not tell you what it’s for. You have to request an itemized bill that doesn’t even have a letterhead.

Great staff

I visited the Vero Beach location for the first time since I’ve moved here the staff was above excellent. Staff was very fast, friendly and efficient. The MA was great. Christian, who was the doctor that saw me is very knowledgeable very professional. I will definitely return.
