App Issues
While convenient and easy to use when the app works, it doesn’t seem like it’s been updated for quite some time. The add to your calendar feature doesn’t work. Right now it’s just a blank screen so it’s not even working. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still have the same issues. It’s quite annoying. So I just go to the Exer website to book appointments 🤷🏻♀️

Surprise Bills
They are happy to take your money & provide minimum care. They will bill you & not tell you what it’s for. You have to request an itemized bill that doesn’t even have a letterhead.
Great staff
I visited the Vero Beach location for the first time since I’ve moved here the staff was above excellent. Staff was very fast, friendly and efficient. The MA was great. Christian, who was the doctor that saw me is very knowledgeable very professional. I will definitely return.

Not working
The app is not working right
Kinda disappointed
I’ve been here before. They are usually very quick and nice. I made an appointment for 3pm and sat in the back room for an hour with no update or check in or anything. Coincidentally when I came out to ask or check to make sure they didn’t forget me, none of the nurses looked my way or asked if I needed help. Luckily the physician was walking my way when the exchange happened. And said the wait was due to an influx of patients. Just a common courtesy of checking on your patients to give them an update would be appreciated…

Garbage app
This app is garbage. It requires a photo or my insurance and ID cards, but the camera only allows live recording, which it doesn’t save. This is basic app functionality and it doesn’t work.

There’s no where on the app to review the location I visited. Nor did I receive a text with a link.
Confusing workflows
It’s nice it lets you to check in, but there are a number of confusing things with the app:
- it’s not clear what to do and for how long to wait when the scheduled time has passed. Not showing people in line before you, just showing people walked in and booked ahead - not clear what to do with that information.
- after I’ve checked in, entered all information and my card was charged, in upcoming visits I still see a message “you’re almost there…” and a button Add credit card - I’ve already added it and it was charged!
- insurance is saved in the account, but the app requires to enter it again during booking a visit. The Take photo option is not functioning: it starts making a video, rotates screen, minimizes the screen…. Nothing comes out of it eventually and I had to recenter the insurance information manually.

Need Help
I had a splendid time at this appointment. The receptionist was very professional and both the nurse and NP were exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. This is definitely where I will come again for urgent care!

Lied to me then charged me almost $300
I went to urgent care in West Hills after going to another type which said they would not accept my insurance and would charge me still for the visit. And was told by the front desk my insurance was accepted and I would only pay a $35 copay. After I went inside and before they ran tests on me which ended up being strep. I asked again if my insurance was accepted and if I would be charged at all for the tests. The nurse who ran my insurance and took all of my information told me no, they would only charge for send outs and so I agreed. A week later I get sent a bill for almost $300. I called their billing number 3 times. First time I was laughed at my an employee named “Joseph”. Second time I wasn’t taken seriously and wasn’t told what they charged me for even after I asked several times. Third call I was finally told they charged me for the in house tests I was told I would not be charged for. They finally said they would send me an email to dispute it within 48 hours but it’s been 4 days with nothing. They are very unprofessional, they will mislead you in order to charge you. DO NOT USE!!!

Horrible flow and unable to complete paperwork due to on app requirements
The app is fairly useless for completing paperwork for an appointment as it requires information to be input and doesn’t let you skip that so that they can input on site. Particularly when it requires a photo ID that can only be done through a picture or a file for a minor(who doesn’t have a photo ID).
If they can’t think ahead for such a simple step, it scares me to imagine what else they’ve missed.

Don’t go to this location
Toddler went in because he had a fever and congestion and cough. Doctor never tested him for strep and didn’t check his throat when his dad took him. They only tested for flu and Covid which came back negative, but strep should have been included as they usually do especially for daycare kids. This is ridiculous that I’m Having to go back two days later to get a strep test due to an increase in strep throat symptoms when that should have been done with the first visit along checking his throat should be common practice to ALWAYS CHECK! This is horrible care to just send an 18 month old off without testing for everything!
