Poorly written app
As a professional software developer with over 30 years of development, the mobile app is one of the worst I have seen.
Works Decently
This app works so much better than using the website through my phone. It's just a little slow. Using the browser with a laptop is very inconvenient so this app is great for convenience sake.
Has never worked….
…..but I keep on trying. After my 7th failed attempt to pay a toll…..now with additional fees I am throwing in the towel. The website also is useless. I really don’t understand how they can seriously call the app: EZ-Pay, it is the furthest from that. One would likely think that this is designed to not work so there can be additional fees added on. I guess I will need to take a couple hours and go into work late or out at lunch. Work is an hour from the payment office which fortunately works exceptionally well, especially if you remember to be nice to the people in the office- remember-they didn’t make the horrible app or website!

This App is garbage. If I could give it negative stars I would. All it does is crash.

Horrible app if I could leave a negative star I would you add money it charges you oh and do not bother trying to use this app it sucks worst app I’ve ever used worse than the fake slots apps that say you can make money this one just takes it. Good luck

This app is useless. Only allows you to get a transponder and not pay a bill. It’s just as bad as their website. Do better EZ pass NH

RIDICULOUS
USELESS. I’ve tried paying my tolls by the website QR code and won’t let me select travel dates. I tried to download the app in hopes I could pay here and they’re just trying to get me to buy a transponder and won’t let me go further unless I do. LAST TIME IM TRAVELING THROUGH NH
NH ezpass
This app does not work. It won’t allow me to make an account, and the website won’t allow me to put my payment information.
Crashes every time. Completely useless
It’s been this way for years, and both the app and mobile website are useless. The only way to do anything is to log into a computer. Complete lack of support.

Bugs galore
The app is completely useless. The website is also pretty useless so I guess I shouldn’t be surprised but they need to find a way to make it easier to pay our tolls. I have had the app downloaded for 10 mins and it has crashed 8 times while trying to enter card info. The whole reason i downloaded the app is because the website isn’t compatible with my mobile devices (I.e. it won’t log me in despite correct login info). Make it make sense!

Repeated Crashing V 1.6
Every time I try to add my new debit card in the app it crashes and I have to restart it and try again. I feel pretty much the same about NH EZ Pass as ward expressed in a review for this app 2 years ago.

Cmon man. This shouldn’t be that hard to make a functional app.
This app is pure trash, just useless. It would be very convenient to be able to have this as a functional app, but it’s not. This app, at best is a waste of space on your phone.
Does NOT work
App is always closing out, doesn’t load account info, won’t let you add funds, change any info and once you use the app it tells you your use name /password combo is always wrong when logging in from an internet browser.
Great app!
I was surprised to see so many negative reviews. I recently downloaded the app and have had no issues whatsoever. Works like a charm. Nice clean user interface. It’s made my life easier.
Improved App
Functional and simple to use. It’s good to see E-ZPass put some effort into their product and caught up with the 21st Century :)
