Try it
A great app for quitting. I wish you could set new milestones on the counter tho e.g. 6 months 1 year instead of looping 28 days, as it’s very helpful to visualise your wider progress and continue setting yourself milestones, even once you’re past the first 28 days.

40 years a smoker
I’m now on day 185 of giving up. I take each day as it comes & see myself as a smoker who no longer smokes. This app has really helped me every day I update it & breath without a cough knowing it’s the right thing to do

Good but really not so good
I’ve tried this app, and it started well, but some of the motivational comments actually drove me back to smoking, whereas if I hadn’t read them I would have continued to stop. So, good to get you started, but please only use for the first few days and then move to something else
UUum um um um

Keeps you accountable daily
I wanted to give up smoking so joined the NHS IOM Stop Smoking Service (previously Quit4You). I had weekly appointments but needed that extra bit to keep me on track. Today I am 142 days smoke free, have saved over £1,250+ and never felt better. Wish I’d done it sooner but the App is definitely worth trying even if it’s to keep you accountable and a little daily reminder I am no longer a smoker 🚭✔️😊
