Garbage
They continue to make this app worse and harder to use for no good reason. Support is terrible and it seems like the only thing they want to do is piss people off.
Update
The latest update they changed everything in the app and it’s worse than it used to be. The way checking account is now displayed is less detailed and you no longer show your online deposits under your checking account until it’s cleared which I hate cuz it makes me feel like it wasn’t submitted right

Exceptional place to bank!
Great financial institution. I tend to use the sawyer Dr location. When I walk in it’s always familiar faces , they know my name feels a little old-school you wouldn’t get this treatment at a typical bank
Useless Log In
This app is constantly logging me out without the use of biometric/ face id. Every time I try to change the password it says you cannot use a previously used password. Extremely frustrating. Huge waste of my time.
Family history
My family has been members of the credit union for generations; ever since my grandparents’ time. Though they’ve long since passed, our connection has continued as a family tradition. My father worked at Occidental Chemical and banked with the credit union, and my mother still does. My wife and kids are members as well. The very first check I ever cashed was at Niagara’s Choice Credit Union. I’ve been a longtime member and have always received excellent service—thank you.

Garbage
Ever since they made changes to this app it has been extremely difficult and annoying. Now transfer takes 2 minutes instead of 2 seconds. They also make it so confusing to know your balance and keep putting the account negative. Do not use. Deserves 0 stars for being complete garbage.
Useless
This app is so pointless since they changed everything. It is incredibly difficult to use for no good reason, like they want you to stop banking with them. Why on earth would you change it from showing the available balance to not being displayed. It is pointless to even use this, you might as well guess what is in your account.

Entire Social Security Number Required
I’ve been using this app for years and liked it. Now that they have changed to a new format your entire SSN is required in order to use the app.
I refuse to submit my entire number for anything on line. I won’t be using this app.

The new online banking system looks great and has some nice new features added for us members

This update makes the app more difficult to use and more confusing. Things were simple before and now you have to jump through hoops to set up your account all over again. Waste of time and money.
Won't let me sign in
I've been at this bank for a few weeks now, the first few weeks were fine but around the third week it said the app had to be updated for me to sign in. I tried updating and deleting and redownloading the app but nothing seems to work. This is a massive frustration to be as I like to keep track of my money and a glitch like this can be potentially dangerous as it makes it easy to overdraw your account. If this continues to be a problem I will consider switching banks.

No Bill Pay
What is the point of the app if you can’t use it to pay your bills? Removing that service from the app and putting it exclusively on the website was poor planning.

This credit union is so far behind technologically that it is really no longer a practical choice for a financial institution in 2019.
Takes days to get back into app after updates
Anytime you switch phones, or update this app, it takes days to get back into it, when you have problems logging into it, When you work outside the hours of banking hours, because your forced to go into the bank for the actual reset for any help.
I just did the update (9/12/2018) for iPhone X, and I can’t log into the app, went to reset password, forced into another window, then then get email for temp password, enter it, only to be told it’s incorrect, didn’t even have the option to use my Face ID that was already registered before they did the update. And I’m still having issues hours after updating, and I know I have to wait days to go into the bank to show the issue with the app again, from the log in errors I took screen shots of..... 😖
