Did not want subscription after trial but no refund, zero stars
I thought I would try this app, it was okay but not very engaging, definitely not worth $100 a year. Should have cancelled immediately but had a week, then automatically was subscribed for one year. Requested refund right away and have heard nothing. Please refund me and I will delete complaint review.

Great educational app
Enjoyable easy access learning experience which I shared with my pre teen children . Diana at Nibble was very effective in resolving some issues I had regarding subscription - great customer service!

Subscription outside of the App Store
It’s a total scam. I thought I had canceled the trial and didn’t see it on my subscriptions in Apple. They just charged my card directly. I don’t know how they even got it.
Waste of time
As someone in college trying to do extra things to help with studies it didn’t work. First you can’t even work without paying. First red flag. Second no refunds. Tried it out for a while and it just made me anxious and really wasted my time. It just made me remember the wrong things as it just brings up things you don’t need to know as much. Was really disappointed as the ads showed it to be amazing but it really just wasn’t up to standards. Have found another app that is better and for free. Maybe it’s just not my type of app but it’s disappointing. Try it out if you want but if your like me and have a hard time remembering it won’t be as worth your while as it just overstimulated me and made me so stressed.
