Great service even though I was canceling my subscription
Very good service from Nibble. I had decided to cancel my subscription after the initial sign up, and thought I had done so on the App. At the next billing period I was charged again. I didn't notice for a couple of weeks and then realized, thinking I was going to have a whole bunch of drama trying to cancel my subscription - Nope, I emailed, they looked at the details, (turns out I had not cancelled properly) and they refunded the money. How good is that? no fuss, no fighting. Refreshingly simple and generously offered me access for a couple of months. Thank you.
