Predatory Subscription
I signed up for this after a creative ad made it look like a great way to learn various topics. Once you sign in, there are several “up charges” that quickly sign you up for various levels of subscription. Bottom line, when you go to unsubscribe, you have to individually unsubscribe from each individual upsell. It was a tedious process and I ultimately lost $360 total before I could cancel all of it. The only thing I learned was to not fall for this predatory model. Not to mention it is nothing like they advertise.

Excellent experience with Nibble! The app is easy to use, entertaining, and presents information clearly and simply. It has helped me learn new things in a fun way. I highly recommend it!
Subscription Management
The Nibble support team, specifically Miriam was expeditiously helpful in working through a billing discrepancy I needed assistance with. The issue was resolved in minutes of contacting support.

Did not want subscription after trial but no refund, zero stars
I thought I would try this app, it was okay but not very engaging, definitely not worth $100 a year. Should have cancelled immediately but had a week, then automatically was subscribed for one year. Requested refund right away and have heard nothing. Please refund me and I will delete complaint review.

Enjoyable easy access learning experience which I shared with my pre teen children . Diana at Nibble was very effective in resolving some issues I had regarding subscription - great customer service!

while this was supposed to replace doomscrolling, the “watch” section is high in AI produced graphics. Wish I could get money back. Free edu channels insta are still higher quality.
