Frequent Reinstall Required - Pain in the Butt
Absolutely needs work. Marginal at best. App constantly fails at login giving a “Invalid Tokens”
Fault. Their fix is to reinstall. Every 2-3 weeks for more than 2 years is ridiculous. DVR & monitor works fine. Affects all users and phones.

This might be worse than finding out you got a girl pregnant at 16 worst app ever hope whoever made this has hemroids forever never get this app unless you want to find a bridge to jump off
Invalid token
After about a month you’ll get an error saying “invalid token”. You can’t log out from that point. You’ll have to delete the app and reinstall. Please fix this bug!

This application is trash if I could find a worst word than garbage, I would say that the previous reviewer who also left one star is spot on every couple weeks You have to uninstall the app and it doesn’t show everything even when everything‘s connected the wire situation is extremely stupid. All of the wires are properly connected yet some cameras dont display or displays sometimes. It one time skipped like 10-15 secs of critical time when we were looking for a hit and run , it failed miserably to identify the car with a clear photo. In this situation it captured the plates but the night vision made the license plate reflective so all you see is a bright light where the license plate numbers should be. This company doesn’t care either they probably support trump and dont care to improve the app for the people they are rich and could care less. Im a small business and id recommend any other system not this dirt…because they dont know or care that the app crashes which it does often they dont care to make it better especially with ai and new technology, its unbelievable how much they dont care….they got you to buy there there camera system it didn’t capture a thing from that situation. The person got away with crashing into our building and destroying our car and causing my business insurance to increase . If i could talk to the ceo id tell him your doing a terrible job sell the company to people who care. It falls on the owner his family and the managing executives of this company… terrible terrible and ive been using them for 8 years and the only reason i haven’t changed yet because its a hassle to take down all the wires and it works if you know how to deal with it but if you want to use it for protection it only deters people because they know you have a camera and this garbage company knows that so capturing a small segment of the market is enough to make them rich and they did and know dont care about the product they built anymore … hire me and i can fix it or sell Me the company … who ever reads this review and works for the company send this to the boss.

Crashes
The app crashes all of the time. You used to have to sign out and sign back in but now you have to delete the whole all and reinstall. Absolutely trash.

They always say they’re gonna fix this and that and stuff. Never have and never will. They know they create a terrible product too.

I constantly have to delete and redownload the app due to it not connecting to my cameras.

I regret buying the night owl system because the app is a complete joke. It randomly decides to not let me log in, which forces me to delete the app completely and redownload. Cameras work fine for what they are. Wish the company would do something about this terrible app.

The app stops recognizing my cameras and ask me to log out invalid token. I tey to log out it says logout failed. I have to remove the app and reinstall it then it will work day a day or two.

Terrible app. Have to uninstall and install every few weeks. The play back is so slow that it’s not even worth it. This system was installed before we purchased our home and we will most likely throw it away. I do not recommend this brand at all.

Your app absolutely sucks. Every time i try to open it I have to log out and log back in. And sometimes that doesn’t work and tells me invalid token. I have had to delete the app and reinstall it so many times just to use the stupid thing is ridiculous! Fix your app or im switching to a different brand security system!

Very Poor
For years it’s only been slightly more reliable than the other camera I pay for but everything every other review I read is true. It’s abhorrent. I can’t count the many ways it has, can and will fail. It’s almost comical. Very poor. 0-10.
App sucks
I have an Apple phone and every time I go to Watch a playback it stops about 30 seconds in so I can never fully watch it. The only way to watch is to log onto a computer. in addition, it constantly has sign in issues and I have to uninstall the app from my phone and reinstall it in order to get it to work. There is no option to fast forward through a segment when watching which takes up an extreme amount of time when you’re trying to look for something in particular. Absolutely worst app which defeats the point of having camera. I need a system I can easily navigate when I need to.
