App needs major work
Good cameras, but the app is terrible. Nonstop crashes, impossible to play anything back and half the time won’t let you log on. Fix the app and you would make millions!
Not user friendly
There’s no quick way to search through recordings and as you’re viewing it, it does not load. Most of the time I have to download the video in order to watch it. I also get an invalid token and cannot logout so I have to delete the app and reload it.
Horrendous
Terrible app, was obviously built by foreigners given the bad English and the glitches everywhere you turn. Literally a joke. I’m impressed every time the app does what it’s supposed to do, because that only happens ~20% of the time. It glitches everywhere you turn.
Night owl
It literally sucks it won’t let me access the cameras I have to log out and log back in every time and sometimes it even says failed to log out so I basically have to delete the app and reinstall it… it’s literally trash go get ring instead
Terrible
Constantly getting Invalid Token error would not recommend this brand for home or bus
