No app support, after last update the doorbell doesn’t work in the app. Not possible to get in touch with Niko, they don’t answer posts on IG or FB. Shame…
Trage app, veel problemen
Valt regelmatig uit, gevolg, niets meer kunnen bedienen. Vraagt veel updates, kan om de zoveel tijd niet inloggen, traag. Bediening van op afstand erg vaak een probleem. Systeem af te raden.

J’utilise l’application depuis plusieurs années et j’en suis plutôt satisfait. Elle évolue dans le bon sens avec de temps en temps de belle nouveauté. Cependant c’est dommage qu’il n’y ai pas une continuité avec l’Apple Watch, principal pour les appels vidéophone. Fonction présentant sur le système deux fils du vidéophone Niko qui était bien pratique.

Pouzivame Niko home uz asi tri roky a je to hrozny prepadak. Desiatky tisic eur za extremne pomalu aplikaciu. Neda sa tam nic automatizovat v appke bez toho aby dosli elektrikari a hrdcodovali bezne veci. Tato firma je podvod! Chodte ku konkurencii. Prepne vam z wifi na 5g na mobile a nenavita vam appku. Nacitavanie aplikacie je extremne dlhe. Nekompatibilne s apple shortcuts alebo hoci cim inym. Nemoznost vytvarat scenare alebo nastavovat si zatvaranie otvaranie na urcity cas. Nekompatibilita s videovratnikmi. Nic poriadne nedoniesli do tej appky. Je extremne pomala. VYHODENE PENIAZE A PODVOD NA ZAKAZNIKOVI!!

Homekit?
Apple homekit doesn’t seem to be able to connect. Sad that I cannot schedule specific times (which is possible with hue etc).
