This has to be hands down the worst functioning banking app. It’s not as if the app simply refuses to open, it does, but that’s about it. I can neither scan QR codes, nor can I select any options from the menu. Not a one time problem, btw. Happens frequently.
Rubbish banking app ever
Year 8 kid can do better app these days. This app has trust issue. I don’t get OTP whenever i want to login. If i can’t get OTP why should i deposit money into?
Change your bank
This bank has the worst service and app do not use change your bank, the app barely works and when you call customer support they don’t respond.

Deficult to reset password settings my account is now locked better to make face lock everything
Worst banking app of Nepal
This is the worst banking app i have ever used. Always asks the user to change their password and expect them to remember it. If you forget it, they will ask you to go to their nearest branch. And the lag in their online transaction every 1-2 out of 10 times.. OMG. I am switching to other banks. Even B grade bank would be better than this.

NIBL can do better?
Honestly the services of NIBL is only downgrading. App NEVER works well, jailey kei na kei problem dekhaucha transactions garda, the Coustomer Service is only getting worse and they never pick up the call. I am totally disappointed with the service.
FIX YOUR APP
It says to change the transaction pin and whenever I try to it doesn’t work, fix this app it’s such a pain to get any basic task done.

Dear Sir, The Transaction PIN gets expired within 3 months. You can change your PIN through ‘Forgot Password’. Please email us at digital@nimb.com.np for the assistance.

Very worse service. I tried to open bank in kirtipur branch but didn’t open in 2 weeks. And i had ti come Dubai back. Tried to follow saying to my sister and i emailed as well but no response. Very bad service didnt like the service worse bank service.

I MAILED THEM CONTINUOUSLY TO FIC MY THAILI APP IN MARCH 5 and its MARCH 15 still not fixed as i was told that it would be fixed until afternoon time , I FILLED THE CARD FORM IN MANSHIR AND ITS CHAITRA 1 still no notification that my card was ready or Anything , neither i got and email nor i got call bor i got text in my number
Would rate -500 and wouldn’t recommend anyone to choose this Bank moreover Thaili app is too isolated that it doesnt even recognise the QR of esewa or anyother Fone pay or Bank QR! ITS NOT A UNIVERSAL BANK AND NOT EVERYONE HAS NIMB ACCOUNT THEY HAVE TO GET REMINDED

Tried to load money from app to my eSewa. My number starts with 97, it always says eSewa number is invalid. Please look into it.

Mega bank need to be serious, sometime it does not show money, other time it crashes.
