Can’t withdraw funds
I was trying to make an account to fund my account but even thought the payment went through the account never funded. When I tried to get a refund the app locked me out I can’t sign back in. I will revoke my review when I get my money back.
Demo mode, Fund transfer
Demo mode started out fine and then I kept getting an error telling me I wasn’t signed up for necessary data feed. Before that happened, I couldn’t get Plaid to work(?) and then I initiated a debit card transfer. Still no funds two days later.
Unusable
Feels like i’m running dialup whenever i open up this app. Everything takes extremely long to load: home page, charts, settings, basically every screen you load takes a while. Chart sometimes goes blank and unable to see price action. Really disappointing. Maybe okay if you swing trade and don’t need to monitor your positions constantly. Not usable for an intra day trader. Needs major improvement

Graph or candle bar is delayed
Date price is super fast but the graph cannot keeps up. Sometimes the graphs just stand still and candle bar not even moving while pricing was flashing. No basic drawing tools
Scam
Stole 35$ from me. Wouldn’t let me withdraw all funds, stole another 25$ then closed my account because the money they stole puts me below the amount to keep account open. No trades were put in. Just straight theft.
Didn’t get the $100 they offered
I deposited $100 during the time of promotion and still haven’t seen my extra $100 NinjaTrader promised
Great platform but…
The platform is good. Commissions and margin requirements are low and execution times are good. The problem is that they are unwilling to fix certain issues. For over two years you’ve had the option to connect a debit card to your account. I, unfortunately, have not been able to. After hours spent on the phone with customer service, I always get the same answer. Just use a different deposit method. If I wanted to use those options I would. The better idea would be to fix the problem. Not sure why it takes over two years to fix this, but it hasn’t been fixed yet. If they did that I’d change my review to five stars.

Desperately needs an update
This app is really old looking and feeling. The UI and UX are terrible.
Stole my money
It asked me to deposit so I only deposited a small amount, it never showed up in my account even days later. Can’t even withdraw it out. There isn’t any help or support buttons, app is horrible.
simple but unoptimized
i use ninjatrader as my main futures broker and overall im happy with them. the app is very simple and intuitive and makes trading from your phone very easy. however ive ran into a lot of issues especially with the charting where all of a sudden the chart freezes and refuses to load even after restarting the app or my phone. obviously not ideal when youre in the middle of a trade and suddenly you have no idea how much money youre losing and youre unable to close out a trade. the ui is simple but ive also found myself accidentally placing orders and closing out orders because of the ui button placement.its very easy to accidentally hit the order buttons with the side of your hand and then be in a much larger trade than you intended to be. Otherwise i like this app but its been frustrating to trade on recently

Simple Drawing Tools Needed
Love how simple and streamlined the app is for futures focused trading. However, a basic staple for any trader, either advanced or beginner, is being able to identify zones on a chart. How do you not have basic drawing tools on the app? Every other trading app I’ve ever used on my phone or iPad has this simple feature.
Imagine going to play basketball, but you don’t have a ball. How are you going to play? This is the same as charting without drawing tools. How are you supposed to trade on a chart with no lines?
If the app could address this simple issue, I believe it deserves five stars.

Closed the app 4 times chart is not coming up. Worse than tradovate.
Great Futures broker
If you’re looking for a futures broker Ninjatrader in my opinion is the best cheapest margin requirements that I found and customer service is great you actually talk to a live person I highly recommend them
App will not work no matter what you do
I have consistently reached out to support, deleted and redownloaded the app, and have tried every tech trick in the book and it continues to just state error occurred. NinjaTrader support has no idea how to fix it so I have no choice to use the app. Needs to be fixed, worst experience with a trading app.

Every time I go to check the chart and go back to the Ninja Trader app the screen resets. Today this happened and a buy was posted instead of a sell and my entire account got wiped out. Oh! Be sure they took the liquidation fees though. No problem with doing that! They just aren’t too keen on making an app that doesn’t destroy their customers.

Landscape Mode Doesn’t portray PNL
Can the developer please implement PNL in landscape mode just as it is in portrait, it will take them literally 5 min to add the element to the side.
