Ah yes, the NIPR mobile app…where productivity goes to die and even loading screen feels like it’s filing for early retirement.

Do they not realize ai can create log in capability in less than an hour and solve this useless apps only but massively critical issue?
Wake Up NIPR
When quite literally, every single review about the app mentions -once a user is logged out, they can never login again with the same email address- NIPR needs to rescind this from the App Store and cease advertising it on their website. I just downloaded the app and I plan to delete it just as quickly. I’ve already wasted four minutes of my day discovering that something toted to save me time has done precisely the opposite. I feel that submitting this review is my industry duty. You’re welcome, colleagues. Now, time to get back to setting two appointments a day for some time in the future.

Once you log out cannot log in anymore!
One day the app was not working. I tried to reinstall then logged out. Surprisingly found out there’s no way to log in again. Only have “register” button. So now it became useless. I am speechless.

This is the official app for national registration service??? How does it end up like such hot garbage? It’s literally useless this app should be removed from the App Store.

If I could give zero stars I would. App completely does not work. Hasn’t worked for years at this point. No updates have been made or any attempt to fix. Just goto the website

Stopped working
It worked fine for over a year and then it stopped working. I have deleted it and reinstalled many times and still nothing! It’s so frustrating and annoying because it really worked well for a while.

Once you logout or get a new device there is absolutely no way of getting back into the app. It loads forever and make you think that it may possibly login but never does.

App use to work but no longer works. There has been no updates to the app.
Annoying
When will you guys update the app….. it is sooooo annoying how the app will only work for a week or two, then I had to delete and re-download it. Sometimes it still wouldn’t work after re-download and re-register for 17 times…. Please help.

Worst app I’ve ever downloaded. At this point they should remove it because they clearly don’t care that it doesn’t work.
