App is crashing
It doesn’t show my messages for clients in new business.
Frequent crashes and poor visibility of incentive programs
The app is useful overall, but there are two issues affecting daily use:
1. Active Incentive Programs are hard to find
On the home screen, I have to scroll all the way down and they’re still not clearly labeled or easy to access. This should be more visible or have a dedicated section.
2. App crashes when loading news feed
When scrolling down and more “latest news” starts loading, the app freezes and then logs me out completely, sending me back to the login screen. This happens consistently and interrupts workflow.
Improvement suggestions:
- Add a clearly labeled section or shortcut for Active Incentive Programs on the home screen
- Fix the stability issue when loading additional content in the news feed (likely tied to auto-refresh or memory handling)
Overall, the app has potential, but these issues make it difficult to use efficiently throughout the day.

Keeps crashing
Great to check in on your business on the go but crashes if you try to do anything else.

Used to be a very useful application to review business on the go but lately has become a pain to deal with since every time you go to “Client Intelligence” the App crashes. Please fix it so we can continue to enjoy 100% of its functionality.
Refuses to get passed the pw screen.
The app stopped working about three months ago on my iphone. Login screen just spins after putting in the code they text you. Have restarted, rebooted, and reinstalled several times. I tried it all again with the most recent update of the app. No dice!
It works fine in my ipad so there is that.

Message problem
The same message with a case manager is repeatedly posted multiple times.
Error
It says Error.
No longer working
The app will no longer login. Just hangs up. This is since the last iOS update 14.6

Amazing app but lately keep crashing and asking for password ridiculously all the time
Updating is a pain
I’ve used the app since it’s inception using a iPhone 8 and X.
Each time the NLG app requires an update I have to delete the app and reinstall.
Seems like this should be a relatively easy fix, no?

PFA DOMINATE!
This app has evolved and improved exponentially as much as NLG has in the last few years. This has become an essential tool as an agent. If you can leverage a Facebook/LinkedIn app to build your business, you should be using the NLG apps to complement. Thanks Song! Love you buddy, keep up the great work.

Can not get it to connect to Internet checked my settings all is good but after I put in login info just spins and will not load
