Worst to use
I downloaded this app hoping it would make my daily commute easier, but it has only caused frustration and delays. The features sound great on paper, but the execution is terrible.
Fake Live Tracking: The ETAs are completely inaccurate. The app will say a bus is 5 minutes away, only for it to arrive 20 minutes later—or worse, a bus passes right in front of me that never even showed up on the live map. You cannot rely on this to plan your day.
Constant Glitches & Crashes: The app freezes constantly. On top of that, there is a broken "force update" loop bug that locks you out of the app entirely, demanding an update that doesn't even exist in the app store.
Payment Traps: Do not try to buy tickets or passes through this app. The UPI payment gateway is highly unstable. It frequently deducts money from your bank account without actually generating a ticket, leaving you to pay the conductor again anyway. Good luck getting a timely refund from support

Not satisfied with its server connections
This app not works during imp timings. All other times it will work but whenever we required it, it won’t. Very disappointing. Proper Development upgrade needed!

Such a dumb apk developers have just developed because they had to. So many issues but still this apk is the same from past 1.5 year
Worst app no tracking available
Worst tracking app I have come across no proper tracking details never share actual tracking improve or just learn from Chalo bus app.. its not at all user friendly initially it was very hard to understand how this works then it never shows where the bus is.. google maps shows better tracking of bus and time better than this app close this useless app

Third class app
Useless app. From last 3 days showing to update but there is no update in app store. Third class service by NMMC. Nmmc commissioner and government Wasting our tax money on such useless incompetent developers.

One of the worst service i ever faced for particular location for vashi to kalyan services are more than a worst and they dont even wants a feedback they just what they want too always
Ui is good but bus times can’t be trusted

User need to sync location every time app is launched
Bus times given can’t be trusted. It shows 10 mins to reach the bus to your location when it actually might take more than 30 mins

As typical government project third class app
Corruption, Inefficiency, low quality is in educated government officials blood and so is it in there work this app is just waste not helping at all when I choose bus stop it say bus not available how much bribe was taken for this third class app

Doesn’t work
The app doesn’t work properly for IOS, even the interface is difficult. And there is no option to search by the bus number. The app can not recognise the bus stops near me anymore, doesn’t load and then crashes after a few minutes. Please fix this. Also the bus timings on the app are never proper.

The timings are not correct , it will show wrong arrival time . Also it will show that bus is scheduled but it will disappear after some time
Not able to receive Otp
Currently i using iphone 13 with ios 17.4.1
And was trying to register in the app.

Buses went missing
Most of the time bus shows and goes missing really frustrating thing also takes too much time on please wait screen and spelling mistakes in bus stops names

App Upgrade Issue
There seems to be an issue with the APP upgrade. I’ve been asked to upgrade my APP. I am getting a notification post opening the APP that you need to forcefully update the APP. Not sure how do we forcefully update the APP. Is it because I am using IOS I am facing challenge in updating the APP. If that’s the case then you need to build an APP which is all Platform Friendly.

Update and app UI
The app is asking me to update it force forcefully but no update is available in the app store….also the app is very basic….the interface is not good and the app doesn’t work good….all the options in the app menu has symbols but no text …..whenever i search for a location the list comes but it is always blank….please hire a real developer if you can.
