I want to like it.
But, no matter how many times I watch an ad. I gotta watch another an another an another to get a response from lumo that I never get. I even paid to receive no ads. An still… the cycle repeats.

Hi, we’re sorry about the issue you experienced. The Remove Ads purchase removes regular display/pop-up ads; optional rewarded ads used to unlock Ask Lumo responses remain available, as noted on the purchase screen. We did identify an issue where a rewarded ad could finish without delivering the Lumo response. This has now been fixed and will be included in the next app update.
