PowerPoint sobriety
This app was clearly sold to a large company owning hundreds of recovery programs. The programs themselves are great. NOBU itself is completely useless. It is not practical, it doesn’t contain pertinent logistical info, and it is not a recovery aid! It is an app disguised as a business solution with a really good pitch deck to recovery corporations! Ditch this garbage…please!

Just downloaded it. Tried to create my account but apparently one already exists with my email. So i used my other email. And an account already exists with that one too? So i had them send password reset links to both email accounts. Never came. Not even in spam. And of course you cannot call them to ask why this is happening. God forbid someone need mental health help.

Doesn’t have subtitle option for deaf/hard of hearing/deafblind

This app needs a lot of work
Has potential but more harm than good to someone that is seeking help. AI is more bot than intelligence- I would call it the “AI of the past”. Also won’t let me enter payment details. Maybe try a different app

What a great app. It keeps me on track in my recovery and introduces me to new ways of thinking and different techniques to strengthen my self talk.

ABSOLUTLY stellar app. It has helped me immensely on my recovery fresh out of rehab. I try and use it everyday and incorporate the yoga routines at least twice per week

App always makes me sign in everytime I open it. Even with the “keep me signed” box checked. And the texting feature with the therapist doesn’t work.

For some reason every time I try to do the daily check in it won’t work, it says it is connecting me to an agent and then just keeps loading. Everything else seems good. Just started using 2 days ago.

Nobu is efficient, effective, informative and simply just amazing! The check in feature allows you to have a set commitment to yourself to understand your thoughts and make progress on your goals. I would highly recommend anyone suffering with anxiety and/or depression to please give the app a try, you will be glad you did :) I have been only using a week and mentally I feel a more clear, focused mind!

Unable to log in
I just made an account. Went to log in and it’s telling me my user or password are not correct. When they are.

I really wish it worked
Whenever I try to create an account, I get an error message telling me that I already have an account associated with my email, which I frankly do not. I have never created an account with this service in my life. When I try to reset my password, it tells me it will send an email but I never get one. This service honestly does not work.

Therapy At Home
Downloaded this app recently and really like the features I’ve used so far. First off, I like how easy it is to use. The ‘Explore’ feature gives you a list of options that in a moment you can be on your way to improving your mental attitude. Highly recommend and looking forward to using more of the features it puts right at my fingertips!!

This is such a great tool for tracking my feelings, getting ideas to manage stress, and journal when I feel the need. I love this! The fact you can also get therapy on your own term, right within it is also amazing! Everyone should have this app! Coping skills, meditation, yoga! I needed this years ago!

Amazing Application!
Nobu is an making application. It has a lot of great features that are very helpful as well as very user friendly. There are several cool features that I did not expect to find on an app like this such as the sleep feature. I have already used some if the features and highly recommend this app.
