Registration not working
I went to sec 51 station only to find out that tvms are out of service, huge crowd for both ticket counters and card registration were flocking the station. Turned to this app turns not this app is not even functional as it asks you for so much information upfront for registration and doesn’t even work. Please don’t download it, they should really take this app down for people desperately turning to this app in a time crunch who end up wasting more of their time.

Corruption involved
The app functionality works in such a way that payment system are working but not the ticket generation system. They are collecting a lot of money but not giving service money gets debited but tickets are not generating corruption is going on

I've tried registering multiple times but it just gets stuck.

There is nothing left for describing anything for this app. It is not capable of to register user at least. So what is the point of saying anything else.

The Noida Metro app needs major improvements. The overall design is not visually appealing, and the user interface is not smooth or intuitive. There are frequent issues with the app not working properly, and the password reset feature doesn’t function at all, which is quite frustrating.

Simple App
As the title says. Unlike other apps this app is clutter free with minimalistic user interface and simple booking screens. Faced no issue in ticket booking.

Worst app, I forgot my app password trying to change it showing irritating buffering.

Very disappointed from this app so many bugs i also paid for metro tickets but after paying for tickets it didn’t show me the tickets such a waste of time also the email se gave us they are no responding about any queries

This app just doesn’t work. I paid through upi to pay for the ticket and the transaction failed and then had to book it from the counter. Didn’t even get a refund. The app keeps hanging all the time. Most useless app.

App is scam
Sometimes they deduct the payment and shows that ticket it booked but ticket doesn’t show up in booked ticket section and they won’t allow you to book another ticket as it says use previous ticket. And you will have to eventually go to ticket counter. Happened to me 4-5 times now. Earlier I thought it might be some other issue but they just clearly scamming people.

Secondly if someone doesnt uses the app for 10 days dont know the quick booking and book ticket option never ever works. The user has to logout and re login in the application to book a ticket. Really a irritating and frustrating thing. Please take some lesson from dmrc and upgrade your app accordingly.

Every time I tried to book a ticket payment deducted but ticket not book at all and sometimes app not respond at all just showing loading and loading

Worthless app, wastage of time
Today I used Noida Metro for the first time and tried to book tickets through this app. But despite approving payment through my BHIM app a number of times, I couldn’t book tickets. Finally I had to buy tickets from window.
Too many bugs
Too many bugs. Previously was able to book tickets, now I cant. Login and registration doesnt works. There are many cases, money deducts while booking and no confirmation screen appears. Customer support doesnt even reply to your mail. Please provide a new update.
