They constantly watch every time you log in to the app and will call you, text you and email you if you even click on one job out of curiosity. It is makes me feel like my privacy is violated and is disgusting. I should be able to just browse jobs without them spying on me. Interesting tactic - trying to recruit people by offending them.

Great App!
This app allows you to filter the options that you don’t have on other apps for example it provides the opportunity for nurses to filter the amount of shifts per week and the length of the contract they desire.
Terrible Service
They ignore nurses who make them money. Do not recommend.

The app itself is wonderful. Trying to find a contract is the problem. Seems like everything close soon as you submit. Even if it was just posted!
Place to upload resume
This app needs a better foundation. Like a place to upload a personal resume. The profile experience is not accurate. It said I needed 1 year of general experience & I had over a year & it said I had .99 when I really have 10 years. I think if we could upload a resume to submit to the employer then it would be a better representation of the candidate.

Horrible
This app sends too many notifications about submitting time cards (when you’ve already submitted them). And recently it tells me I missed my submission deadline when I can see that I’ve submitted my time card. For multiple weeks on a previous assignment, I had to find the current assignment in my past assignments. It’s super glitchy when scrolling through new, potential assignments. Hate this app.

Don’t waste your time
The application process is trash. The apps calculation is flawed. Ok can have 14 years of experience and it somehow calculates less and therefore you can’t submit an application.
Glitchy App
It’s nice to be able to see jobs and timekeep on the app, but when scrolling through jobs, it’s glitchy and makes me nauseous.

Poor pay … staff dna better
I see some same contracts on staff dna that are on here. I have no affiliation with them. Haven’t traveled yet for either. But in comparison nomad is trying to short hand people. Compare for yourself it’s same type of platform do it yourself.

I have been with this company for 3 months And I only herd from the Recutier one time by text and she never contacted me about jobs I ask for new recruiter and still got her Sorry company
Does not give listings correctly
Updated preferences for 5 different states and I got 43 results, most of which were different states than what I placed in my filter. The app does not function accordingly for applying while on the go unless you luckily find a location you are specifically looking for.

Job submission
Job submission is relatively slow which in this saturated traveling healthcare industry is a negative.
Seriously low pay.
It seems you can add$500 a week to most contracts on Vivian. 3/12 days? Never under$2700. 4/12 days $3700. No jobs here close to realistic pay.
