Doesn’t Go Past Login Screen
Clicking the “log in” button doesn’t work and I can select “forgot password” but how will that help when I can’t enter a password in the first place. This issue has been going on for almost a year and last time I called to ask what the issue is, all I was told was “we are aware and are working on it”. If your apartment chooses to use this app, double check that there’s another way to enter bc this app is useless.

Never works
If I could I’d give it -5 stars. I’ve lived in multiple complexes that use this app. It never wants to actually open the gates or doors. Now all of a sudden it won’t even let me click on Log In for weeks so I can’t use it at all having to wait on someone else to come up and get in. This app doesn’t help or make anything convenient it has only been a huge inconvenience.

How is this even allowed in the App Store
This is likely the worst app I’ve had from the App Store. My complex uses this for the front gates and the app rarely works. I have to wait at the gate and tap several times and wait for one of the taps to work. Very rarely will it work on the first tap. Every time in rains, the gates and app connection has to be reset by the office which means we have to log out of the app and log back in. I haven’t been able to log back in since the login button is not responsive. I can click forgot password and that responds, but I can’t login and now I can’t open the gates where I live. Apple should force the developer to either update the app or remove it completely from the store.

Terrible
Several problems with the app over the last 5 months. Complex manager says they’ve been looking into an alternative but we’re still stuck with this one months later. Can’t sign in from a new phone like similar reviews. Owners/Managers, this solution may be cheap and affordable but please don’t use this app or company for your residents, it’s terrible.

Does Not Work
This app is useless. My apartment complex uses this and the first thing they said is: “A lot of tenants have been having issues with the app, it doesn’t work, but it’s unfortunately out of our hands.”
Now I’m stuck with closed gates because this basic app doesn’t even work on Apple users.
It consistently gives out the same message/error message saying I don’t have permission when the complex has already entered my email on file.

Terrible App
This crappy app has been down for weeks. I can’t get in or let anyone in my drive up gates. The app is slow and often crashes. The app developer is non responsive & still hasn’t fixed it. The leasing office should have chosen a more reliable service & or kept physical fobs
WORST APP EVER
If your apartment complex uses this…. Run. It does not even work half the time and good luck if you accidentally sign out of the app. I signed out of the app one time and have not been able to sign back in since. SUCH A TERRIBLE APP. This app deserves 0 stars.
App Doesn’t Work
If you live at an apartment complex that uses this app instead of fobs be prepared to not have access to any doors or gates. It doesn’t work at all and the developer has yet to fix it.
Worst app
this is absolute garbage. Works 1 time out of 10. I try to redownload and sign back in and can’t even do that. I’m convinced a 10 year can create a better app than this. Absolutely TERRIBLE.
Unreliable
In the time that I’ve lived at my complex I don’t think there has been a week or a day where the gates or the doors to the main office doesn’t work or takes me several try’s to be able to get the sensor to accept the signal.
Resident Review
The app is slow in opening doors and glitches a lot. I have to tap a few times until the door opens and sometimes it doesn’t open at all.
Garbage
This app/ company is a complete joke. Good luck trying to get ahold of anyone for customer service. Does not work 98% of the time, I’ve been locked out of my complex for OVER AN HOUR trying to get the app to work. This is embarrassing.
Would give 0 stars if able
The app is so finicky. Sometimes it works, other times you’re stuck trying to figure out how to get the gate open otherwise you’ll be late to work. There’s also no real option for guests. The app claims if you have a cell connection, you can open the gate for your guest, but I have had so many problems with trying to operate the gate and more often than not, my guests have to wait for another resident to come in or out. I desperately want my complex to get rid of this system. If you’re a property manager, do NOT install this system

Some Bugs in the app
There are occasional issues with the app not working and seems to not work if too close to a gate your trying to open.
App never works!
The app never opens the gates or mail room! I am constantly waiting on other people to get here so I can gain access into my own complex! It’s ridiculous! I have never had so much trouble gaining access to my apartment or mail.
This app doesn’t allow me to use it.
I have been trying many times to use it in my phone and it’s been impossible, and this app is the only way to use all the amenities in my block starting to the gate entry.
The property manager ‘’report’’ to the app owner on Saturday that was my starting day using this, and it’s 5 days and I have not received a solution.
Is just useless. Please don’t use this apps property managers, there are many other ways easier to use.

Won’t connect to my apartments
Currently can’t get into my apartment, they submitted my information but the app still won’t register any of my information and now I’m stuck on a dead account with no way of deleting it or changing it due to the way the app automatically signs you in
Good idea but needs help
This seems like a better option to having a clicker but has a lot of bugs to be worked out.. have to push the open gate button repeatedly sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t please fix this !!!!
Not the Best
Definitely not the best, won’t work when in front of gate but works for my kids when I’m 100 miles away? 😅 I guess that’s cool? My complex management is crap anyways so I’m not surprised they decided to go with something that has extremely low reviews
Horrible!
It only works half the time, often than not, the system breaks down so doors cannot open and that leads to maintenance leaving them open full time which defeats the purpose of security in the community.
