"Upgraded" to being worse
Used to be great! Incredibly secure and convenient. Multiple ways to retrieve packages: code, app or phone number + PIN.
Now that they've "upgraded" us to the Plus version, the *only* option is to type in the provided code into the harder-to-use new interface, making it significantly less easy and requiring you always have your phone when picking up.
Always fun to be forced to "upgrade" to a worse experience.

Deficiente
No llegan los paquetes al los casilleros, y la aplicación abre cuando quiere siempre tiene errores además de que las pocas veces que llegan paquetes al casillero no llega el codigo
No customer service
My apt complex left the service so I contacted the customer service to have my profile cancelled. They never did it and never replied to any of my emails
3rd lost package, no support
This app is supposed to make life easier but it makes it harder. This is my third lost package this week and there is no support you can't call them so you have to enter your email and send them a message and at this point I'm just over it and I highly recommend never downloading this app and never signing up for the service it's infinitely easier just to have things delivered to your doorstop or better yet get a UPS mailbox that way things don't get lost.
