Deficiente

No llegan los paquetes al los casilleros, y la aplicación abre cuando quiere siempre tiene errores además de que las pocas veces que llegan paquetes al casillero no llega el codigo

No customer service

My apt complex left the service so I contacted the customer service to have my profile cancelled. They never did it and never replied to any of my emails

3rd lost package, no support

This app is supposed to make life easier but it makes it harder. This is my third lost package this week and there is no support you can't call them so you have to enter your email and send them a message and at this point I'm just over it and I highly recommend never downloading this app and never signing up for the service it's infinitely easier just to have things delivered to your doorstop or better yet get a UPS mailbox that way things don't get lost.

Buns

Used to be better software engineer in charge def broke the billing authority doesn’t even show up anymore

okay, but no support

Used to better. Main problem is that many Amazon drivers are not trained to use their system: so packages get dropped off in front of the lockers at the office for everyone to take.

Tried to change my password through the app: never received a recovery email after multiple tries.
Tried to reach out to email support: but the mailbox was full and not accepting new emails. LoL.

Asked Amazon now to remove the automated routing of my address to the lockers. If you’re forced to use it, it’s okay.

Terrible Service

Parcel Pending is terrible, tech is glitche and customer support is slow. Concierge had to recover package because code did not work, completely the fault of Parcel Pending. Now I have to wait on hold for an hour so as not to charged for storage on their mediocre platform. Property Management companies subcontracting this trash out are just as culpable and terrible

App has broken

My app won’t show packages anymore. Devs did something weird and now all I get are text messages about packages, but no info on the app.

Terrible customer service

No one is answering customer service emails.

Broken app

Our apartment has been unable to receive packages for about 2 months now. There are constant glitches with the parcel pending system. The complex is clearly frustrated but the technicians have not fixed the system after several attempts.

Now I am no longer getting notifications about packages arriving.
I tried to login to my account -> invalid.
Tried to reset my account with email or phone -> not in the system

Tried to create a new account -> says my email is already registered…

Told me to download parcel pending plus:
Error message when I opened the app.

I’m literally stuck in an error loop and have HelloFresh rotting in the mail bin. This is beyond frustrating.

Terrible software. Very buggy

Idea is great but their developers are awful. Can’t receive notifications, open with the app or use the vacation mode.

They will continuously charge you even when you don’t have packages

For the past month I have been charged multiple times a day for packages that aren’t there. Customer service is unresponsive. It took no joke 30 emails before I got a response all while the call button on the app doesn’t work. They said they fixed my issue but I still receive daily emails on them trying to charge my card. Now I just received 8 $3 charges in the past 10min. This is 4 days after the representative told me the problem was fixed.. stay far away from this company.

Unreliable and unresponsive

There app will break and result in you having to pay money and they absolutely will not respond to you

Avoid if you can

System glitch resulted in $60 in erroneous charges and still waiting on a refund

$120 in late fees because app wouldn’t give me access codes

I don’t think I’ve ever written a review for anything, let alone a bad one, but this is BY FAR the worst app experience I’ve ever had. I will preface by saying that maybe it’s not JUST the app, but Parcel Pending as a whole. Either way, using this app has been such an awful experience and I want to do my part to warn any future customers about this issue.

I’ve been using Parcel Pending for roughly 2 years as I have lived in apartments during that time. Every building I’ve lived in uses Parcel Pending. Over the course of those 2 years I’ve received at least a dozen packages via parcel locker, most of which I never received an access code or email for. Each time I’ve had to instead use my phone number to retrieve my package. However, with a recent update or patch, they removed that option.

This most recent issue takes the cake. I ordered something through Target in late May, which was delivered via parcel locker. I never received an access code or email to pick up this package, so I contacted Parcel Pending Support. Nothing. Now, in early July, I’m only just now able to log into my account online (the app said I didn’t even have an account) to find that Parcel Pending has charged me $3/day late fees for a package I physically could not pick up, despite me contacting them with this issue. Now, I’m not great at math, but $3/day for a little over a month is a lot. Especially when it’s due to their negligence and inoperable app that I couldn’t pick up my package in the first place.

All that said, some people have zero issues with the app, but I wouldn’t rely on it as the sole source for your access codes. That might just result in a $120 “late fee” you’re stuck paying for because the app withholds info.

Don’t work

App no longer works

Terrible New Update

The recently updated interface for the package pickup boxes is terrible. It used to allow you to put in your phone number and code to see all your packages but now you can only enter one package code at a time. The previous UI was fine, not sure why they changed it. The app also has a button to contact support but it does not work. It also used to let apartment management open all the boxes in case there was an issue but it doesn’t anymore so my package is stuck

Yes good very good

I like parcel pending it’s secure

Not good service

I would not recommend. Customer service calling feature doesn’t work through app. No number listed to call.
Super slow responses to emails about packages delivered but not notifying me through app.
Would not recommend

No Notifications

The app worked well for a long time, and then it stopped giving me notifications. I order quite a few parcels, and the app doesn't notify me, so I just have to guess when they arrive. If I've forgotten, I get charged $3 a day just because there's no notifications, which is the whole point of the app.

Money drain disguised as parcel app

3 dollars per day you don’t get your package, received a packaged I didn’t order and they want to charge me 39$. The package was just a survey notification, the convenience is not worth the cost.
