Would give zero stars
I bought the Luumen sleep buds which promised a subscription to this Noosomnia app. It’s supposed to include sleep stories, tracking, etc. There is none of that. I called and emailed Luumen and Noosomnia (which is the same company!) and no one got back to me. It’s been months. I’m going to file a complaint with the BBB.

Missing Options
Missing deep sleep , bowls, and guided sleep in the library.
Impossible to set up
Requires password then a second code that just spins and spins and never works!
