New Update Interface Sucks
Navigating through products sucks! After scrolling through the list of products, clicking on an item, and decididing to go back to the list, you are immediately brought back to the main home page. Now you have to go through the list/filter/sort again which makes me not want to shop (yay for my wallet)

Cancelled 3 orders! No reason, no explanation!
not sure what is going on with Nordstrom’s, but they canceled two of my online orders without notification or explanation. I logged in, and the orders were just canceled. I called, they apologized, expedited a replacement order (some of the items had sold out, unfortunately.). THEN, I logged in two days later and they had CANCELED the replacement order also!! I’ve requested a manager get involved. What in the world Nordstrom‘s?! This is definitely not your usual level of service.
