All the sales associates at the San Clemente rack are so friendly and nice. The store is Immaculate. Very easy to shop here! Great management shows!
Final Sales
I purchased shoes from the Rack that was non returnable because they were purchased for a lower price. The same shoe is now on sale for approximately $20 more and you’re able to return them. I don’t usually complain, but this is a complaint because it doesn’t make since when NR still have the product in stock and you can’t return it if it’s purchased for a lower price , but you are able to return it if it’s on sale for a bit higher. It’s not like I wanted a refund, but only to exchange for a different size! I love shopping at Nordstrom’s and Nordstrom’s Rack, but not sure if I ever will due to something that was so easy to resolve.

Awesome Service
I was looking online to purchase an item. It said pick up today only. I called to make sure. I was told I would receive an email. Letting me know when it was ready for pick up. They couldn’t tell me if it was going to be today or in the next few days. So I didn’t know who could pick it up unless I knew the day it would be ready for pick up. The sales staff went out of their way to locate the item and put it a side for me to pick it up. I arrived about 15 mins after I spoke to them. One of the floor clerk tried to locate the item on the rack. I explained my phone conversation I had and she went up to the register. Located my item they pulled off the floor for me. I was happily surprised! 😁
