Easy decisions
I decided to call it easy decisions because I love the fact you can sort by anniversary sale items. Yes I know, duh…I was able to view videos to get better specifics on products. I don’t normally shop online because I like the experience of a department store. It’s a generation thing but the experience should never be replaced by online shopping! It’s nice to have an interaction with a human, especially because they are always helpful and friendly!

Excellent customer service they have everything for the entire family convenience when I look for a pair of shoes Asap and I can just pick it up there. Amazing. Love it.

I just absolutely love their selection of items online! I can always find the cutest things. My friends are always complementing me. I’m quick to tell them Nordstrom rack.
Traveling and was cancelled several times
My orders were cancelled due to being from out of state, so just beware and save yourself some frustration

Can’t use app but can login from phone on browser. Called and got no where.
