I made an appointment for an in store makeup application and requested RMS beauty products they gave me a Bobbi brown consultant and we’re going to send me away without help until I spoke to a manager. After complaining, They did end up doing it and the products are great

Nordstrom is the best shopping experience in the world. Every time you walk into a store, the staff are helpful and pleasant. When you shop online, returns are free. And if you call Customer Service with a question, it’s answered promptly, with courtesy and humor.
Nordstrom shopping is wonderful
I’m always so excited when I hear about Nordstrom and new trends, skin care, makeup, and everything they have to offer there. The salespeople are always extremely helpful and kind. Thanks Nordstrom for always being there for me when I need something important.
No points for previous purchases
I spent over 2,000 dollars this spring and Nordstrom was unable to credit my Nordy account despite multiple conversations with customer service. I try not to shop at Nordstroms if at all possible. Unfortunate but true
