10/10 excellent customer service. She went out of her way to help me find the perfect nail polish color for my mom. My mom wanted gold. Chanel didn’t have it. Melissa thought Dior might. She found it online & helped me order it. I wish you could have heard my mom when she saw the color. Melissa acted like it was all in a days work. She was pleasant, extremely helpful, nice & friendly. Thank you Melissa!

I loved the feature where it showed the date of purchases for an item i have purchased before. After the last update it won’t show me that anymore. Pls bring that feature back

Last week I’ve ordered a few items just because I saw gifts with purchase. Unfortunately when they arrived there was no gift whatsoever. I’m very disappointed. I still love shopping at Nordstrom

I’ve been a Nordstrom customer for 30 years Nordstrom vibe has changed. The layout of the stores in the clothing dept is terrible. They have so many racks of clothes nothing appealing for woman over 60. I feel like I’m shopping at a Ross or TJ Max.

I love shopping with Nordstrom because their online store is vast, and carries some of the finest brands in clothing/shoes and perfumes. They deliver in a very timely fashion, they ship for free and returns are the most painless, and hassle-free I have ever encountered.

I love Nordstrom!!
I love the staff at Nordstrom Cerritos. Connie the beauty manager, always goes above and beyond, she makes the shopping experience amazing every time. Christina in scents, really knows all the product lines in beauty. I miss her behind the beauty counters. Melissa at Anastasia, is always professional, she does an amazing job. I have been to Nordstrom three times during the anniversary sale, because of these ladies!!

High-quality clothes for reasonable prices
I’ve been shopping at Nordstrom since I was a teenager and I know I can consistently find stylish and high-quality clothing for a reasonable price prices. You may pay more for a piece of clothing, but the better quality will show and your clothes will last much longer.
Favorite store/app
Orders arrive on time, they are always packed well, in good condition, clothes are what you ordered, returns are easy, either in store or by mail. I’ve never had anything but a good experience from make-up to clothing to jewelry to shoes.
