Not user friendly

Very difficult to do a Remote Cheque Deposit, the app seems confused, and seems to time out, then tries again, then times out and tries again…? They probably want you to come to the branch so they can charge more service fees! I don’t know why the app has a 4+ rating?

Do not like this format offered for online banking since the switch from Copperfin. Disorganized, mix mash of my accounts. Looking to move elsewhere!

This app sucks. End up with a white screen most times. Very inconvenient!!

After some hiccups with the change over things are running pretty smoothly now. Look forward to more buying and lending power with 29 locations across NWOntario. Thanks to the great staff that fixed the glitches.
