Genuinely Doesn’t Work
Downloaded the app and can’t click on anything. Restarted my phone. Same issue. Deleted and redownloaded the app. Same issue. Now I have no idea what platform my train is going to be on.

Flexi tickets auto activating
Used to be a great app until tickets from flexi passes started auto activating when viewing the pass without being selected. Wasted multiple passes, no help from customer services. Avoid.

Cheaper than LNER, simple interface, and the mobile ticket section is the best in my opinion, but I prefer the ‘favourites’ from trainline.

I have been using this app for the past year and find it both simple to use, understand and informative. The prices are always good and there are sometimes price deals which I have used. The app is informative and easy to both track your journey and also to use digitally.

Frequently declines payments for no reason, sometimes takes three attempts to purchase.
Is telling me it can’t find a train when i’m at the station (there’s one in 7 minutes) so refuses to sell a ticket even though said ticket is valid on any train.

This is probably the best train ticket booking up. I’ve used it was so simple. I definitely recommend you using this app rather than going on a website. Do it directly.
Straightforward to use
