Payment
Why can’t we make payments in the office? It doesn’t make sense that I have to do everything on the web everybody doesn’t do everything on the web. I should be able to make a payment in the office
Log in
I hate the log in, it makes wanting to submit a work request hard. Also when submitting a work request it keeps glitching and I don’t know if they are being inputted. The log in is just so glitchy I can’t emphasize it enough. They have serious bugs that need to be addressed. An update has not been worked in over 8 months which is unacceptable from a software point of view, that means that this log in bug has been happening for over 8 months with no one looking at it.

Works well
Works well, however I wish sign up flow was easier, supporting Face ID etc since login session is very short and I have to log back in constantly. Also password field is not recognized by 1Password app, probably missing some configuration.

Annoying to Login
App works good overall but I hate having to retype my email and password in despite checking the “remember me” every time at login.

The staff are very helpful and friendly and are always willing to go out of there way to make sure we are happy and I am. The property is always well kept, nice and clean. I will recommend this community to others for sure.
