Payment

Why can’t we make payments in the office? It doesn’t make sense that I have to do everything on the web everybody doesn’t do everything on the web. I should be able to make a payment in the office

Log in

I hate the log in, it makes wanting to submit a work request hard. Also when submitting a work request it keeps glitching and I don’t know if they are being inputted. The log in is just so glitchy I can’t emphasize it enough. They have serious bugs that need to be addressed. An update has not been worked in over 8 months which is unacceptable from a software point of view, that means that this log in bug has been happening for over 8 months with no one looking at it.
