Unable to Schedule Appointments
Scheduling an appointment with any of the doctors I need to see in this system is not possible. I always get a message stating that appointments cannot be scheduled online with the doctor, or cannot be scheduled at this time.
Direct contact with Doctors
Messages are sent directly to your doctors (including your photos of the problem, if necessary). Someone from the doctor’s team will respond after the doctor has reviewed your message. Phone calls to the receptionist do not get through so this method is a sure way of reaching your doctor.
Expensive
Healthy person, never been in the hospital to be treated, pay over $11000 a year in medical insurance and went to the hospital one time and owe them money. I know that’s our system in the US but I rate any system that forces me to pay a middle man and then that middle man doesn’t even cover my expenses on my one visit to the hospital… so on top of owing $11000 a year I also owe $500 to the hospital. As someone who is not sick and just needed an xray. An xray which is a picture with my insurance was $500. So forget that I think you can choose between death by illness or death by hospital bills. Thats the American way, that’s the endeavor way. Endeavor they will treat anything that has paycheck.

Tech problems
My doctor and staff for 20 years or more have been great. And My Chart, NorthShoreconnect has been great! But the last 2 or 3 years login has been very difficult. If it’s just me, ok. If not - fix it!
Wonderful App
I absolutely love having this app! It’s so convenient to be able to send a message whenever I have a question or concern. Dr. Tanney is always incredibly responsive and gets back to me right away, which gives me so much peace of mind. The communication and care have been outstanding. I truly appreciate having such easy access to my doctor. Highly recommend!
