Norwex customer
Now I can’t sign in, see my party, place orders or modify or add subscribe orders. Please fix. This app was amazing.
My Norwex consultant told me about this app, and I absolutely love it. I can see my past party, an upcoming party and current parties, and information on that party. I can take my time looking and reading about products without bombarding my consultant with a million questions. I never had a problem till today. It won’t allow me to see my past orders, so I can find out how often I need a specific product. Maybe it’s because it’s been a while since an update. Hopefully it’s fixed soon. It’s a great app.

Products are great! Wish I could order them.
Like others, I love Norwex. However, this app won’t load. I login and get a spinning wheel instead of the catalogue. I cannot see the products. It’s frustrating because using the website instead doesn’t let you create a wishlist. If you have success ordering, it’s in spite of the company tech not because of it. The company will continue missing out on customers and money until they get their website and app dialed in.

Great
Decided to write a review because of all the negative reviews. I’m a consultant so I don’t order from this app but I refer to it a lot for prices and proper names of products since it’s hard to find in online ordering and I hate trying to look through the catalog online. It’s very difficult for me. There may be a better way but the app works fine for me

Thoughts as a consultant
I am an Independent Consultant with Norwex, and use the app quite a bit. I love being able to pull up information quickly about different products and referring hosts to see their host rewards.
