Great app until you need to find something on a different device. Sync does not work. Frustrating experience.

Maybe not… I tried to create my account and received an error message saying I couldn’t create an account over and over again.

New Update Not Working
The latest update, which introduces the capability to import and export files in Markdown and HTML formats, appears to be malfunctioning. Specifically, imported Markdown files do not open after the import process, and HTML files cannot be edited once imported. Consequently, this update does not significantly improve functionality in this version.

The app is great until you change a device. Then it’s a nightmare virtually imply. So is the support. Probably developed to suit very very high techs

Since the new update I lost absolutely everything .
Password
This is a good app overall. It’s clean, useful, and easy to use. The only problem is, with locked notes, you can easily just reset the password by sending and email to the account you’re using. With this, another person could easily look at your locked notes. Could you please add an option that disables this? I just want a locked note that can only open with the password i made. Thank you.

keeps disappearing
I keep typing stuff out and I even click the check mark and my notes still keep disappearing
This new update is trash, I’m going to have to move to a new app I don’t understand why the changes they made were put in. It works worse now and has extra unnecessary steps.

Não é um app auto explicativo e é bem limitado quanto à forma gratuita, logo atingi o limite de alterações das notas. Apaguei, não vale à pena, até o bloco de notas da Apple faz mais de graça

Better than Evernote
I had used Evernote since about 2013. When they announced a price increase of about 100%, it forced me to look for alternatives. I used AI to help with the search as there are so many notes apps. This one came up. I reviewed it, tried it and migrated my 1300 plus notes over very seamlessly and easily. I’ve been using it for about 2 months now and am do happy with the change!! It does everything I needed in Evernote and more. Even if Evernote was free….. I would not go back!

Useless
D dictation terrible. It’s their way or the highway. I can’t even figure out what to do with it. That helps me besides make a long list of what I need to do and it won’t even do that.
Search in PDF and images doesn’t work
Title says it all. Paid for the pro level and they lied about it being able to do OCR and search images and PDFs. Tried in the web interface and on IOS. Support links on their website don’t work. Google search that linked to help dot zoho dot com doesn’t work.

- the company agreed to delete my account following written notice triggering EU privacy policies. If you aren’t in the EU, don’t use this app. They use your notes however they see fit and won’t delete your account and data absent a fight (ie, I genuinely believe I emailed the company 10 times over a 3 week period before they agreed to delete my account). Stay away from
I paid for the Pro Notebook with AI features (ie., around $7 or $8/month) and immediately began experiencing problems as I continually had to restore my subscriptions on iOS otherwise I was treated as a free user. Further, I couldn’t even restore my subscriptions on the web or on macOS which were huge disappointments because it’s far easier to use this tool on either of those platforms. Well, I contacted the developer and it took about 3 days to respond with a nonsense answer; I responded the same day and then waited 4 days for a response that effectively said “we can’t help you.” I responded to this and said “close my account” to which the developer said I needed to contact Apple which I did and Apple helped me close it on my end but then told me that I also needed to have Zoho close it on their end…well, I went to their website which said, for all intents and purposes, “after ending your subscription with Apple, click here to close it on our end” so I clicked the link and immediately received an error message along with a note to contact customer support. I tried a few times that day from other browsers and again over the next 2 days or so but no luck so I contacted support via email and provided screenshots showing that all requisite closure steps had been taken but that I still was being blocked from closing my account. The first person responded with something to the effect of “let me look into this…”….days passed and I received another message echoing the same sentiment and then this week - a month after subscribing and 28 days after fist contacting Zoho - I receive another message indicating that they are still exploring options for me.
Absolutely pathetic company that shouldn’t have any products on the App Store!

性能はいい でも同期は終わってる
メモ帳自体の性能はかなり良いです。個人的にはタスク機能もよく使っています。
買い物メモだったり、ゲームの収集物リストなどで使いやすく重宝しています。ノート機能も分かりやすくロックをかけれるのも魅力的です。
ただいちばん厄介なのがデータ同期について
私は今PCとスマホで併用しておりこのサービスにしたのも、勝手に同期されるのが魅力的だったからです。
出先で思いついたことをメモして家で確認する。
逆にPCを使用して作成したメモやリストをスマホで確認するといった事が多々あるため、情報含め色々なものを保存しています。
しかしこの昨日が終わっていて
まず3~40%の確率でメモが消えます。
恐らく同期に時間がかかるためか、PCで書いたメモ→スマホで確認→スマホで追記
こうすると大体メモが消えるか増殖します。 しかも追記したデータは飛ぶので増殖するのは追記前のデータ
そして最近ではアプリ版を起動して最速でメモを開くと同期に時間がかかりすぎてメモが確認できず固まる事が多々あります。
買い物メモなどの場合はいいですが、重要な場面で固まってしまい情報が取り出せない。確認できない。メモできない。こうなるともうメモとして終わってます。
なのでスマホ・タブレット単体・PC単体などで使用される方にはとても向いていると思いますが、併用される場合はお気をつけください。
また余談ですが、PC版はかなりの頻度でアップデートが来ますが、毎回インストーラーをDLさせられバージョンが変わるのでアップデートというより、毎回新しく入れさせられている状況です。
問題ないように思えますが、ショートカットやタスクバーなどに固定していると毎回のアップデートの度に別ソフト扱いとなり、項目に追加し直さなければいけません。面倒なので改善いただきたいです。
私はこのレビューをもってアンインストールします。
仕様は気に入っていたのでまたアップデートで改善されるようなことがあれば使用したいと思っています。

Note taking at its finest!
I’ve been using this app for a few years now and I love everything about it. I have a ton of folders with different types of notes in each one from to-do lists to journals, to Christmas gift lists, grocery lists, and I even track the books I’ve read too. It works for any type of note you need!
