Game freezes
The training is very simple and easy. The only problem is that the program keeps freezing. Once you finished one of the training courses. Sometimes we want to replay, but it won’t let us. I had to uninstall and reinstall or close the app and reopen many times.
Glitchy app and dishonest company
I wanted my son to try this app for guitar. It was ok but glitchy. We kept having to restart it. I missed the trial cutoff by one day and saw a $99 charge the day it ended. I immediately asked for a refund and they refused. They can see it was used just once. They also charge only $59 on their website. Such terrible customer service. Avoid or they’ll take your money, too.
