Pricing varies between location locations
I went to order through the app and had chosen the wrong location. What came up is around $7.75 at one location was slightly over $10 at another location less than 5 miles away. That’s ridiculous.

Every year when I try to use my birthday reward, it NEVER works.
Last year (2025), when I tried to use it online, it said it was invalid. Today (August 16, 2026), I went to the store and pressed redeem and then it gave another error, despite it saying it didn’t expire until August 18th in the app. Once I pressed redeem, it disappeared from the app as if it was never available. They really need to fix these issues.

We have tried almost all flavors and they never disappoint. The cakes are fluffy and moist. The frosting is so creamy it’s the perfect combo to every cake.
