The cakes are delicious, but this app is trash. No ApplePay? No Sign in with Apple? No AutoFill support? This app is basically just a reskinned Thanx website wasting your phone storage.

I ordered a delivery while in Colorado for someone in Atlanta. I spoke with Darin (spelling?) He was professional and helpful walking me through the process. The only reason I chose 4 stars instead of 5 was because it felt cumbersome navigating the app and the app did not allow the option for a personalized card.

This is my first order through the app. I ordered 3 cakes and I was charged 63 cents service charge. So if I had just gone in and purchased them there won’t be any service charge. Is this to cover the cost of processing the credit card? You have the cost in the store. What is the point of using the app? Reward points? It looks like I would have to purchase a few dozen cakes by the time I would get one for free. But by then all those service charges would more than pay for a cake. What is the goal?
