Recent Update BROKE Task Management

I’ve used this daily for a long time. An update about three weeks ago broke the one thing I relied on most.
My task database is connected to the calendar. Every task shows a circle you tap to complete it. It used to fill in, and the task stayed on the calendar as a record of what I did that day. Now the moment I tap it, the task vanishes from the grid entirely.
The record isn’t deleted — it’s still in Notion with the box checked. But my calendar now erases my day as I work through it. I finish four meetings and the day looks empty. That’s the opposite of what a calendar is for.
Nothing about this is documented. No release note, no setting to turn it off, and on iOS there’s no way to change which view the database is connected to, so there’s no workaround from the phone. I spent an evening tearing apart my own database looking for a mistake I didn’t make.
If this was intentional, make it a toggle. If it’s a bug, please fix it.

Never worked

Whenever I tap anywhere app kicks me out

Stability problems

Using it for several years already, but latest update made the app freeze to the point of being unusable (I have a db of 4k events to display with various filters in calendar). After the iOS app reinstall none of the events from Notion DBs are displayed (even though the description app works well all the time) and there is no UI to somehow add/sync them manually

FINALLY! A calendar that is intuitive

I absolutely love this calendar. I was looking for such a long time for a calendar that will fully satisfy my needs, be user friendly, intuitive and beautiful. And here we go 😍 I love this calendar, the widgets are 10/10. My iPhone finally feels like a business device💯

Обожаю

Мне очень нравится, что в этом приложении я вижу все и ноушен, и гугл. Очень удобный виджет!

Not for iPad

The app does not format to iPad.

Работает слабо

Unusable

I used to love this app, and I still rely on it on desktop, but the iOS app is now fully unusable for me. I’m unable to do the simplest actions like create a new calendar event. Once you open, you can’t close it again. I feel like nobody on their team actually uses it.

The best system I've could have find

Its just perfect for what I needed for me and my way to organize myself

best calendar app their is

Easily see all of your calendars across all accounts, and good time zone features

Unusable

I love Notion, but Notion Calendar is by far the worst calendar app I’ve ever used. iCal is never properly synced up, app is so unintuitive, and you can only view max 3 days at a time. Like are you kidding??

iPad version pleaseee!!

Please make an iPad version I would love to use it on there.

Bugs

Stability bugs guys!

Last version is always freezing.

Sometimes days are missed (show Wed meeting in Tue column) - old bug, not just the previous version. Please test it intensively with timezones changes.

Offline work is very unstable. No internet -> meetings disappear.

iPad Version?

As an avid Notion user for many years, the tight integration that Notion Calendar brings has become an integral part of daily routine. The Mac desktop and browser version give a clean user experience, and iOS version with handy widgets is also pretty much spot on. So why no iPad version? After so long waiting. I desperately hope this isn’t going to go the way of Notion Mail 😭

Can’t love it til it works on my iPad

I was so excited to use this to keep track of my multiple calendars, but without iPad compatibility this isn’t a flexible enough user-experience for me.

Super clean and integrate with Google Calendar.

My go to software for desktop and phone. It’s just a little cleaner and integrates with Google Calendar so I don’t miss anything.

Must need for those that work across different calendars and trackers

The main advantage of Notion Calendar is that it allows you to integrate your existing calendars from multiple Google accounts, plus Notion databases, all into one unified app. While Notion Calendar could use some more customizability features in terms of aesthetics, it’s nonetheless a great app that helps you keep track of all your events, meeting invites, and tasks in one place. accounts.

Month View Dots

Sometimes I need a quick way to see how busy a month is, a little indicator for a day that has an event on when using the month view pane would be awesome!

Brilliant but so laggy

I love the app but it is painful to use on the fly because it is so laggy! Tapping into events in the future, or tap and drag to move an event, and it lags to a point where it thinks I’m creating a new event.
