Simple set up
Got free notion sensors with home insurance. Setting the sensors up with the app was quick and easy. If the system works how it’s supposed to, well worth doing.
Pain to reconfigure. Lots of false alarm
Sensors don’t work most of the time and it’s a pain to reset and setup everything every time. One sensor stoped working in a few months and the rest are pretty much useless with lots of false alarms everyday that must be resynced to work again.
System stability issues
System regularly goes off line - when clicking on the learn more option in the notification it takes me to a page that does not exist!!
I wouldn’t be paying for this app
It is a Sales tool you have to install to get home insurance. The basic free service has limited use. You can pay extra for useful added features. It now comes with a bug that Downey me see temperatures graphs
Signs out too often
I still get notifications but the app asks for login all the time

My motion sensor 3rd Gen won’t work as expected, it won’t connect my wifi that is using 2.4G hertz, and everything is a mess.
There is no point for my insurance to send me a motion sensor, what a waste.👎👎👎👎👎👎

Shipping Address Not Valid
Your sensor is giving off false readings and it needs a free magnetic message every two minutes all night, I’m so tired from these continuous messages.
The app directs you to an online store, and then promptly rejects an Australian address with”Shipping not available . Your order cannot be shipped to the selected address. Review your address to ensure it's correct and try again, or select a different address”.
The massage even occurs when the website auto populates your home address as you type, indicating that the entered address is correct; however, sending to Australia seems to be not achievable with this company.
Time to remove the system, so that I can a full nights sleep.

Absolutely rubbish
Can’t connect. No support. Poor privacy. Waste of money and time.
Failing to support app
Failing to accept password re do the password and will let u in for small amount of time then will say already connected to base with different username so the app needs update to fix bugs otherwise would be a great setup , needs urgent fix
Unable to set up
I repeatedly tired to connect the Norton bridge to my wifi, to kept being told unable to connect. I tired various methods of different locations and re-installing the app. I checked I had the correct wifi and password after endless hours, no solution.

The app is trash, after 3 weeks, it’s disconnected, can not login again.
Rubbish
Very poor, fails to connect/bridge have spent far to much time on trying to use this device. Have tried every trouble shooting instruction , emailed the company and still not working. Do not waste your time.
Data grabby, shoddy business
I don’t feel like handing over my life’s data to a remote US company. Their T&Cs say they can own and do with it what they want. GFY!
The bridge keeps disconnecting after using 2weeks
It was really nice and easy to use initially. But after 2 weeks, the bridge disconnects itself randomly and for no reason. I tried to remove and re-added it, but it disconnected again after couple hours. For no reason, and it cannot reconnect by itself. Really frustrating…
I would like to get an alarm on iphone, when door or garage opens.
With notifications alone, its not complete, pls add sound for iphone app. Another suggestion is to offer an outdoor and indoor motion detector .
Needs fixing
Constantly doesn’t update and/or also disconnects. Very frustrating to use. Please fix it if you want us to use it!

Needs better options for notifications
Low battery notification trips several weeks to a month before the battery runs out. Please provide an option for “critical” or “almost empty” battery — when the little battery meter shows empty but the sensor is still online. Or if the sensor drops offline entirely. The current “low battery” level is wasteful so i have those notifications disabled.

Is company still in business?
I think this company is no longer in business. App and sensors no longer working properly, not connecting or monitoring activity. Get no response to the support tickets I submitted, get a delivery error when I try to email the company, no one answers customer service phone line when I call. I previously purchased two magnets for our sensors but never received them and never got a response to the several inquiries I sent. Finally had to call my credit card company to have them cancel the amount that Notion had charged to my credit card for the magnets
