Not working on MacBook
I have been using Noto on my phone and iPads for years and I got the MacBook Air 2025 and downloaded Noto as this is my main notes app but Noto will not open for dear life ever no matter what I do, delete the app, re-download, etc. what is the problem? And when it does open it crashes out. Can you please fix this.

Been loyal to noto with a subscription for years now but seems like the developers have stopped working on this app. So much potential and amazing UX and UI. Widgets on home screen is buggy so I’ve reported a few times but no update. Last update release a year ago. I want to use this app for a long time and don’t want it to be forgotten….

Excellent features
Love its many features to the point I deleted the native Notes app after importing them all to NOTO. After trying the free version bought Pro. Good UI & customisations.

Its so easy to take notes and make them have a nice format literally every detail is super simple absolutely love this

I don’t review often, but for Noto, I had to. Easily the best app for notes, with so much ability without paying a cent. I’m upgrading simply to support the creators. Thank you Noto team

I depend on this app, more often than I thought.

Can’t praise this app enough. Simple clean design, but very functional without being too complex like other apps that try to pack in way too much.
Wonderful app
Great app, completely switched from the Apple note app to this one. Much more organized and aesthetically pleasing. Also has a one time purchase option for relatively cheap instead of only subscription options. Worth the money for a much better note app in my opinion.

The best
Truly has improved my life in so many ways. As someone in a creative profession this app is incredible and does so many simple little things that set it apart from other note taking apps. Just great.
PLEASE fix iphone widgets
I deleted this app a year ago because the widgets never showed a preview or even the name of my note. Although I like Noto so much more than apple notes, the widget much needed for me and how I use notes. Welp its been well over a year and I’m back, downloaded again to sadly see that the widgets STILL do not show the note preview like it says it should. Please fix this, this app would be literally perfect

Best writing app I’ve ever used
Before finding Noto, I tried a lot of other writing apps. These were, by the most part, very good and easy to use. But there would always be just one small inconvenience with each of these apps - for example, the lack of the ability to change font type, insert images, or change a formatting style (e.g. font size, italic, colour). I’d use one of these apps for a while, only to later realise I can’t use regular bullet points, only checklists and numbered lists. I find that Noto, on the other hand, has every important feature that you could ever need for a writing app and more. It feels like the developers put so much thought and intuition into creating this app. There are just so many useful options and customisable features.
Aside from the features, the design, aesthetic, layout, and overall look of the app is so clean, sleek, and very easy to use. I love to organise my notes/files in folders and in Noto it’s so easy to do this - and with customisable colours for the folders too. I also love that you can pin certain notes or folders at the top, which may seem minor and specific, but it really makes a difference when you have a ton of notes.
I can’t give Noto enough praise. I use it to write stories but it can be used for anything writing related. This should be the default, gold standard app for anyone looking for a writing app. Thank you to the developers for making Noto - without it I probably would have given up on my passion/hobby of writing! :)
