I’ve never been charged £1 for adding my card details to a service provider before... until now.
I was planning on using them but this unsuspected charge led me to look into them and the reviews others have left.
I read in the reviews that their service is inconsistent and that many have either been overcharged or dropped at the last minute. Just a bad first impression from me - I cannot account for their actual service, but I don’t feel confident enough about them to spend my money with them.

Customer service wait time
Booked a taxi they said it would be 15 to 20 minutes I called four times each time advising me that it was five minutes away I waited an hour and 50 minutes for the cab and the taxi driver would not even help me in or out of the car with my bags extremely disappointed with the company and customer service would not recommend

If I could give zero stars I would
Dishonest and greedy company. Would not simply be honest so we could try at least to call another taxi company. This was very early in the morning so few buses. Kept saying to us on the phone the taxi is close, but was a lie. Train tickets were not refundable. We had an embassy appointment in London and the next available appointment is in two months. My son is crying and upset.

Don’t download, I tried to order a taxi early in the morning, it took about 30 pounds from my account but no taxi came. I tried to get back my money but was told to call back another time. Had to stand in the cold streets for a couple hours
