An online checkin feature is not that complicated, if you’re unable to scan your id, you can just let the user enter their details through the input fields you are providing.
Unable to scan my documents because of a faulty feature, should not prevent me from completing an online checkin process.
Also please update the my trips tab or just remove it. Showing my trips or my tickets is the same thing, no need to enter a PNR and a Surname( you are worried about multiple requests, use a cache … ) .

Ben ont a l enregistrement meme si vous payez les bagage en faite la compagnie cherche a savoir ce qui y a dans les bagage meme si les kilo sont payée ben eu prennent des sous s’il savant que vous avez un pc ou une tv ou une machine a café c’est comme la douane. Et se justifie en disant que vue que c’est des bagage fragile ont ajoute des franchise de 50-60 ou 80€ part article donc faite très trahison si vous prenez cette compagnie c’est pire que transavia. Eux ont moins c’est claire dans leur règle

Une app principalement créé pour pouvoir s’enregistrer en ligne… ce qui est tout simplement impossible. Cela ne fonctionne pas, autant à l’aller qu’au retour.

j’arrive meme pas à passer l’enregistrement ni sur site ni application plein des anomalies , sur le site J’arrive pas a scanner le troisième passeport et sur l’application j’ai eu une alerte (erreur translation) et l’écran reste bloqué

Online check in a complete joke
I tried to use the online check-in with my passport and visa, but it always showed “upload failed” — even though, briefly, it displayed “upload completed” before the error popped up. I attempted this around 20 times using different upload methods, but in the end, it still didn’t work. However, when I used my friend’s German passport, the upload process worked perfectly. I don’t understand why this happens. If the app’s basic functions aren’t working properly, what’s the point of having the app at all? I spent at 20 minutes in the middle of the night trying, only to end up with nothing. This definitely needs improvement.

Shows PNR Canceled
I have a booking, paid by Credit Card, wanted to checkin online, it shows me @PNR canceled". Not able to buy a new ticket, so not sure I have a reservation or not. Crazy insecure situation now and I will need to go an hour earlier to the airport to find out. Unacceptable

Quelques bugs à corriger
L’application est fonctionnelle mais il y’a des bugs au niveau du préenregistrement avec une CI française, seul le passeport fonctionne, et le bouton add to apple wallet ne fonctionne pas
Useless
Doesn’t recognise passport. Shows such limited info it’s useless. That’s me queuing up to check in again. In this modern age means there is no way I’d book with Nouvelair again.
Worst app & service - stay away.
Don’t bother booking extras such as seats, they will assign you new ones later. Everything else in the app is broken.
