Over a year to approve application
Due to a confusion with my personal and professional Instagram accounts it’s been over a year trying to get my application approved. I’ve sent so many emails and still nothing. This is so frustrating.
Old search needs to be brought back.
The new search format went backwards in functionality. There's no sort function and it's only able to return a limited number of profiles.

A great idea wasted
I was a huge supporter of this app when it first launched. Unfortunately greed has become the company’s priority when jobs are being offered and notified to me that I can’t even apply for without paying for a membership. Before you could apply to jobs without a paywall now every job that mentions your role requires a monthly fee in order to apply, even the jobs that are remote! I would understand if it was specific features such as city and filters for clients but remote work that I get notifications for is unacceptable. The app began as a close community of invite only creatives that can work across the world. I had many opportunities given to me and was grateful for the app’s motives. However it seems that they have sacrificed the platforms freedom for greed and forced its users to pay for a subscription for a chance to even get the job. I’m disappointed and frustrated at how something so innovative could be ruined so quickly.

In short this app promises a world where you can meet and socialize with other creators but instead it’s another pay wall ridden, self indulgent nightmare that has plagued the creative industry for years. The only way to get jobs on here is the same way you get jobs anywhere else and the promise of higher quality work is a facade to steal your info and work.

Man ive been trying get a profile on this and application status been pending for over a year and some change what is going on with no response sent email and all nothing 🤔
Pay for no work
Hardly any work. The few submissions I managed to find, it’s all crickets and nothing else. Waste of money on a hard time like this.
Client search broken
When posting a project and searching for a client, anything after three letters causes the results to disappear.
Good but not great
Overall the idea of the app is great. But I consistently run into issues with uploading new work, the desktop platform doesn’t work well, and the amount of jobs vs what you pay per year doesn’t feel as valuable as it could.
That said, a few improvements would make this well worth the money. And I will continue to use it for now.

They don’t review your application to join
I applied for an account six months ago, have a pretty good portfolio and reel with some big clients although not a ton of followers on socials. The app is stuck on “reviewing applications”. No matter what I do or what referrals I request from the many friends I have who already have access, they won’t accept my profile.

Not Worth It
Paywall is a real bummer. Most job postings are much lower than industry standard rates. Not worth paying for.
$10 a month is a token…
You probably pay more for your weekly coffee, and coffee doesn’t put $ in your pocket. This platform does the work part you hate, scrambling to find opportunities and connecting you to the people who will pay you. I agree it is difficult to get accepted but once you do, this is a game-changer. No way I’d have gotten to the attention of the brands that have now seen my work or hired me or may hire me in the future. And maybe the most valuable benefit is the chance to collaborate with other creatives whose work I admire. Not just a job-hiring platform but the first real community for young freelance artists.
