للاسف اشتري الكرتون ٣٣٠ مل مياة نوفا ٤٠ عبوه من السوبرماركت ب ١٧ ريال والشركة توصل لهم ويوم حملت التطبيق وجربت اطلب عن طريقه طلع قيمة الكرتون ٢١ ريال وكم هلله وش هذا التناقض

طلبت عشرة كراتين و حطيت وقت التسليم من الساعة 4 الى 8 ,, اتصل علي المندوب الساعه 2 و كنسل تسليم الطلب و لا تقدر تشتكي عليهم ولا عندهم اسلوب تعامل مع العميل
Too bad
My order was to deliver in Riyadh but they brought it to Jeddah. They did not refund and keep in a wallet and the app doesn’t allow to reschedule to the new location nor to delete the order. Calling their call center was completely useless

Very very bad timing a d customer services as well i requested my order to be delivered in the morning time because of my job schedule. however the driver every day bringing the order after the selected time in the delivery note bad srrvices

Severe Address Validation & Checkout Issues in the App
The product quality and delivery service are generally good, but the digital experience is very disappointing.
I deleted the address completely and re-entered it multiple times, including correctly selecting the delivery location on the map with a valid Saudi National Address and confirmed latitude and longitude. Despite this, the app continues to block checkout with an address validation error. This clearly points to a backend or synchronization issue rather than a user mistake.
What makes this worse is the way issues are reported and escalated. The process is very primitive, with no clear guidance, no effective resolution path, and no sense of ownership from a customer experience perspective. The UX/UI around address handling and checkout needs serious enhancement.
For a leading company in the industry, such issues should not be tolerated. Customer experience at this level of friction is unacceptable, and the digital platform requires urgent improvement.
