Terrible app always sayin can’t login needs a whole update to the system in general
Terrible can’t even login to see me money or pay for things I need because I can’t even login half the time the servers are glitching or not working correctly

Terrible app
This is a terrible app and gets worse with every update. It’s difficult to make an edeposit with it because it can’t capture the image. With the most recent update, it no longer lets me view my actual Novation credit card statement—only a summary. Cannot open or print a statement, even though the buttons are there to do so. It just blips but nothing happens. Tried repeatedly. I checked the Downloads folder, thinking it might be there. Nope. Every time I open the credit card portion, it goes through a “wait” cycle then tells me to add a card to continue. The card is already there—I can see it behind the pop up! I cancel and go on, but it’s really annoying to have to do this every single time. We’ve been Novation customers for decades, have a mortgage there and had a car loan with them, their branch location is extremely convenient, no fees at ATMs or on checking, but I’m looking for a new bank ONLY BECAUSE OF THIS TERRIBLE APP.
