App won’t load half the time
Whenever I try to log in it takes me so many tries just to get it to load. It just keeps circling and won’t let me in unless I keep trying. Fix your app. Sucks when I need to transfer money.

Terrible app
This is a terrible app and gets worse with every update. It’s difficult to make an edeposit with it because it can’t capture the image. With the most recent update, it no longer lets me view my actual Novation credit card statement—only a summary. Cannot open or print a statement, even though the buttons are there to do so. It just blips but nothing happens. Tried repeatedly. I checked the Downloads folder, thinking it might be there. Nope. Every time I open the credit card portion, it goes through a “wait” cycle then tells me to add a card to continue. The card is already there—I can see it behind the pop up! I cancel and go on, but it’s really annoying to have to do this every single time. We’ve been Novation customers for decades, have a mortgage there and had a car loan with them, their branch location is extremely convenient, no fees at ATMs or on checking, but I’m looking for a new bank ONLY BECAUSE OF THIS TERRIBLE APP.

Have been unable to review recent transactions for 2 days now, is this permanent or something you’re not aware of?
Easy App
Very easy to pay bills and transfer funds but my wish list would be a shared online check registry for wife and I so we're not logging into account on non-Secure wifi.
Makes life easier!
It is wonderful to have such an easy to use app. I can check my accounts, confirm my transactions, transfer money, pay my bills, all on my iPad or iPhone. I love this app!

Very much appreciate the ability for on-line deposits
It's a good app and very much appreciate the ability to make deposits on-line. If it were not for this function, I would probably have to change banks. The only negative I find is in the camera. It almost every time requires me to try taking the pictures multiple times. I don't know if the software is too sensitive or not enough. And sometimes it can get very frustrating.
