Quick and Easy
A quick and easy app for assessing patients with routine and common screening instruments on an iPad in an office environment. More in depth (longer) interviewing instruments are available on this app as well. I like the graphs, which demonstrate score trends from one visit to the next. These assist me with strategizing treatment. My patients appreciate these as well. I do truncate the names of my patients to lessen the (off) chance they will be identified when information is passed through an unsecured internet connection to my email; however, I would not give up the email function as it is invaluable to create hard copies. Great app!
