The app needs work

I really want to love this device. The watch is amazing. I get compliments on it all the time. The data in the app is not up to the standard of the other wearables on the market. I hope they continue to improve the app.

Calm and collective

Loving this healthtracker, sleek design and great insights. The reactivity monitor helped me so much better understand how I handle my days and the cycletracker overlays the reactivity monitor for even more insights

I love the watch. Struggling with app

I want to start by saying I love the look of the watch. It also goes a long time without a charge which I love.

The app I am struggling with. Doesn’t connect to Apple health. Often missing data. Needs to be fine tuned.

I'VE WORN ALL THE HEALTH TRACKERS. HERE'S WHY I STAYED WITH NOWATCH.

Let's be honest — most wearables are ugly data machines. After years of strapping glorified anxiety generators to my wrist, I have found the one that actually works.

Apple Watch is just your phone on your wrist — nagging, rude, the tyranny of the little red dot.

WHOOP and Oura both charge a subscription or the device is dead — like renting insight into your own biology. Then Oura sold all of it to Palantir. My health data is the most private data I have. Hard pass on all of them.

Enter NOWATCH. No screen. No notifications. No guilt. A precision tracker hidden inside a beautifully designed piece of jewelry you'll actually want to wear everywhere. I get compliments in meetings. Nobody knows it's a health tracker. That's the whole point.

But what sets my NOWATCH apart isn't the data — it's what the data is for. Most wearables track body performance and stop there.

NOWATCH adds the missing layer: real-time awareness of your load (defined as: how much daily demands affect you) — the pressure your system is actually under._, in-the-moment skills to respond, long-term patterns that build lasting resilience. A gentle haptic, a quiet moment: how are you feeling right now? It’s soft.

Nearly a year in, I rely on it less. That's apparently the whole point.

No subscription. No rings to close. No gamification. GDPR-protected, opt-in data. Charging every 4–5 days — whaat.

One purchase. One intention: that you eventually won't need it.

That's either the most confident or most honest thing a wellness brand has ever said. Possibly both.

Love the watch - not so much the app.

I’m pretty exacting about UX/UI and this app just keeps falling flat. I love the look and feel of the watch. The battery life is great. But the app is just trying to do too much. On the timeline screen alone I counted 13 things I could tap for more info not one is labeled.

Please please hire a strong app design team and simplify!I don’t believe the stress analyses because it’s too much of a pain to corroborate on other screens.

Playful & Gorgeous Quiet Wrist. Sharp Data. Zero Subscriptions. Full Privacy.

I Ditched Apple Watch, Oura, and Whoop. NOWATCH Won.
Let's be honest — most wearables are ugly data machines. After years of strapping glorified anxiety generators to my wrist, I think I've finally found the thing that actually works.
I've been wearing the Nowatch B — gold essence face, brown leather band — for a while now, and I'll say this plainly: it's the most precise wearable I've ever owned. And I've owned a few.
The Apple Watch problem. I loved it, then I resented it. Then I took it off and didn't look back. Wearing an Apple Watch is like giving your wrist a second phone — notifications, taps, pings, the tyranny of the little red dot. I didn't buy a health tracker, I bought a distraction device that silently told everyone in the meeting they didn't rank above whatever was happening on my wrist. Gone.
Whoop and Oura were better. But here's the thing about "better" — you're still paying a monthly subscription to access your own body's data. Forever. Like renting insight into your own biology. Hard pass, eventually.
Enter NOWATCH.
The data is genuinely exceptional. Heart rate, activity, sleep — layered, nuanced, actually useful. But what sets it apart is the check-ins. A gentle haptic, a quiet moment: how are you feeling right now? It sounds soft. It isn't. Over time, it builds a picture that goes beyond the numbers — connecting subjective experience to objective data in a way no other wearable has bothered to do. It's the first time a device doesn't just track my body, but connects mind and body into a full fingerprint of my resilience.
Battery life? Three days, sometimes four. Quietly impressive.
Data privacy. I'm exhausted by the opt-out economy — the endless forms, the fine print, the sense that my biometrics are quietly funding someone's Series C. Meanwhile, other brands are cozying up to tech bros and worse. My health data is not for the wild. Nowatch is GDPR protected and serious about it. My data stays mine. In 2026, that's not a bonus feature — it's a prerequisite, and almost nobody else is treating it that way.
Oh — and that gold essence face and brown leather band. I wear this to meetings. I get compliments. Nobody knows it's a health tracker. That's the whole point. It looks like a watch because it is a watch, and the tracking happens quietly underneath — no pings, no performance, no signal to the room that something on your wrist outranks them.
No subscription. Ever. One purchase, full access, done. The audacity.
I don't write many reviews. I wrote this one because I'm genuinely stunned this product exists — and that more people aren't talking about it.
Figure it out, health-tech industry. NOWATCH already did.
Thanks, NOWATCH. For making me whole.

Good ideas, but needs lots of improvement

It is a great idea. It’s a good looking watch. It’s very flawed. Nothing seemed to work right constantly having issues. They constantly have to update something. To make the basic features work.

Disappointed

The app rarely works. Data will not synch. I’ve had the device since September and experienced just a days of desired functionality. The connectivity issues need to be analyzed. This product does not perform in lockstep with app the way it is advertised.

Only in English

App should be available in other languages, or at least clearly warn about it on the page or purchase procedure!

Sad - want to love!

The watch is lovely. I was excited to have a tracker that doesn’t look like one.

I especially wanted to use the stress management features. Unfortunately, the app cannot distinguish a high heart rate due to stress vs me going quickly up a flight or two of stairs without me manually logging it as an activity.

The checkin feature allows me to timestamp when I thought/felt something, but the function to log information about the checkin doesn’t work. So I just have timestamps which I reconcile against my calendar.

It also seems to struggle identifying when I fall asleep and wake up - but it gets close and that isn’t a problem for me.

Those two things are the main drawbacks. I still like it though even if just to see my heart rate over time and for the AI generated mental health suggestions/observations.

Please improve the app. You’ve got a great thing going if you can work out the kinks!

Disappointment

Lovely design but unfortunately nothing works. The HR tracking often stops or the app frequently doesn’t sync. About a month in, the actual watch function also stopped working and there’s no way to manually override or reset it.

Terrible app

Beautiful watch, but kind of useless without an app that works.

Data doesn’t sync, Bluetooth doesn’t connect, watch is nice but kind of pointless without an app that works.

I hope the team fixes this

extremely disappointed

the app often disconnects, has constantly failed to track sleep data, and is a strange user interface.

the watch itself is very good looking, but the “smart” features have largely failed me.

i have been told by support that they are fixing the app to correct for these issues, but in growing increasingly frustrated and concerned that these issues will remain.

Gimmicky - Needs Updating

I bought the associated device when it first came out, and it was a nice materials upgrade from my Garmin Instinct. But the app just hasn’t met the hardware yet.

I’ve consistently experienced an issue with the app where it will crash immediately upon opening. The only way to fix this is to delete and reinstall the app. But my personal data doesn’t seem to be backed up in any cloud, so I lose all of my historical data and trends.
It feels like every few months I have a completely new device.

Extremely frustrating. I will likely switch back to my Garmin and just wear this as a jewelry piece when I don’t need a more capable and consistently reliable device.

Perfect, essential nothing more to say about it.

Exceptional customer service, very good and precise product, app is bringing updates very often.

Battery consuming is a little bit high, but I know that will be worked and improved.

chic style

although very chic and unique but never been able to connect the app to the device.

I like it

Is nice nowatch.

App is working but can be improved. Has only few features so far
